I started looking at Masseria Aurasia thanks to the great reviews and Barbara did not disappoint. She absolutely deserves the reviews. Whenever we needed help, Barbara responded within the minute. The location is ideal for travelling the region, and Ostuni is only a 10 minute drive away. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter therefore the play park and the animals were a huge plus. There’s a nice pool area, and the grounds are rustic and tranquil. Casa Luigia has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The place was clean and well equipped. You also have your own terrace and a bbq area. Yes, there are mosquitos, as read in some of the reviews, but you can’t do much about them besides using anti mosquito spray. Barbara provides plugs and we bought extra tablets for inside the house. The breakfast basket, together with the Prosecco was a sweet gesture. Barbara also made homemade jam one day and brought fresh eggs (from the farm’s chickens) for us to take.

There are little details that could be improved, for example when providing sugar, sweetener could be provided too. Maybe a bottle of olive oil for the cooking. It would automatically create interest in buying some of Aurasia’s oil. Shower gel and even a tab or two to wash your clothes, as there is a washing machine. These small things would be a big plus as they are things you buy and leave behind, because it creates bulk.

If you are looking for a lot of peace in nature, then this is the right location. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is renovated in style and provides a pleasant stay and privacy for a family of 4. We also used the swimming pool daily, occasionally the barbecue. Upon arrival, we received a basket of goodies for breakfast, coffee... We found shops and restaurants in Ostuni, about 10 minutes by car.

Loved the peaceful surroundings and pool. Liked the welcome basket of provisions and milk.

We realised that in booking a trulli, this would be a traditional stone built house but the lack of any windows made it a bit claustrophobic. It would have been useful if the plug sockets had an inbuilt USB charging point.

We wanted to have a county Truilli stay. We loved the pool and the fruit tree. The accomodation was so Lovely. So much detail. Loved the farm eggs and Jam.

Would have like to see more of the farm stay.

Trulli Aurasia is a very good place to explore Ostuni and the surrounding towns. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the playground, and the accommodation is clean, spacious and easy to keep cool (which is important even in the early summer heat!) Our host was also really helpful with tips on where to visit in the area.

This is true of most of Puglia in the summer, but there are a lot of mosquitos. It's also a pretty rural location, so it's a 10 minute drive to a town or village for a coffee, dinner or a drink.

We had a lovely time in the quiet secluded area very close to Ostuni. This is a great location for visiting the towns in the area. Our hosts were lovely and a welcome package awaited us when we arrived. If we needed anything Barbara and her husband were happy to help. Our daughter loved all the animals that they keep.

We had a lovely stay at Trulli Aurasia, it was a perfect place to just chill by the pool or an easy drive into Ostuni and Ceglie where we had no trouble finding delicious regional food!

Great location to visit all of Puglia - House was spotless - lovely outdoor seating area with our house - bbq area, even had a washing machine, oven, cooker and plenty of utensils - gave us all the basics to get us up and running - great supermarket near Ostuni called Familia, great selection - loved visiting Ostuni every evening for dinner. Barbara was a great host and gave us lots of fruit and eggs in the mornings.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The comlimentary breakfast that Barbara provided was very good.

Our host was excellent, very helpful from start to finish. This is a great rural stay in the countryside, the trullis are amazing and you get peace and quiet. The accommodation is really very good, great kitchen facilities and the rooms are unique.

Mosquitoes! Not the hosts fault but please be aware this is the countryside and mosquitoes are around.

Quiet area and quite private, pool was lovely, Barbara the host was friendly and very helpful, also supplying a welcome pack,and her own jam and wine. She made herself available at any time. The area was very close to Ostuni, a car was essential. Would have no hesitation to book again.
