good breakfast, location is quite and convenient to go to city center, free parking, room is big

in the room i lived there is a noise I think generated by the fridge (seems from a room upstairs) and the noise is quite obvious which woke me up during the nights a lot.

The property is in excellent condition. Very nicely decorated, clean and secure. Availability of indoor kitchen and outdoor garden. Easy parking. The owner, Giada, was very warm and welcoming as was her assistant who served us very nice breakfast. Our party was 3 couples and we each had own private rooms and bathroom. We highly recommend B&B La Casa del Nonno.

Location from Guardiagrele center is not the best, a 10 minute drive, but the property and staff make it well worth the trip. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Guardiagrele.

Small room but comfortable, with everything needed. Fridge, air conditioning. In our case, we let the window open at night because there is a mosquito net on it. Nice bathroom with an Italian shower. Small but well-arranged. The breakfast was also very nice. A wide diversity of cakes and fruits, that you can eat quietly in the garden.

The room is not well sound proofed. We could hear a baby crying, dogs barking. Nevertheless, at some point, the noise stops. Also, the door of the bathroom is a sliding wood door, so it is not the best in terms of intimacy.
