Very complete Chalet, all equipment (branded) available and ready to use! we really enjoyed it and more than surprised with the ready to use jacuzzi

Family with a child, upon arrival the instructions about the accommodation and keys were received by WhatsApp. On the first night we wanted to use the sofa bed. The sheet wasn’t changed before, we found excrements of mouse / rat inside the sofa on the sheet. My husband used the sofa but unfolded to sleep, it was very uncomfortable. Two nights later, my husband woke up because of strange sounds in the room and discovered under the kitchen’s piece of furniture the mouse / rat dead in the rat/mouse trap. We contacted the establishment on the same phone number we were given the indications on arrival (how to get the keys, etc.), we were told they are not the owner and they will forward the message and the photos with the excrement and dead animal to the owner(?). We didn’t have any reaction from the owner, we were forced to leave the apartment 3 days earlier, as soon as we found a solution to continue our holidays. We didn’t use the jacuzzi. The bathroom is not next to the bedroom, the shower is leaking, the unfolded couch is not comfortable at all. We cleaned the apartment and took out the garbage as asked upon arrival and documented this. Our daughter was terrified by this incident which ruined our holidays in Chamonix. We contacted the owner through Booking, with no answer. The cleaning was done superficially before our arrival (sheet of couch not changed, food crumbles and mouse / rat excrement inside the couch on the sheet). There was a trap below the kitchen piece of furniture, so the owner was aware of the animal’s presence in the apartment. We filled a claim through Booking and received a compensation for our dissatisfaction and bad experience that unfortunately didn’t cover the three nights we lost. Extremely unpleasant conditions during our stay and lack of contact with the owner who ignored us completely despite of this major issue. Worst experience ever.

Great location for exploring the area, attentive host, and a very nice property. Chamonix and other towns are a short drive. I am so glad we stayed here rather than a hotel for twice as much.

Beautiful chalet, very nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, nice hot shower and good water pressure, there was even a raclette - so we enjoyed local cheese and charcuterie after a long day of hiking. We loved our stay here and I could not recommend this property enough, would definitely come back!

The location and the friendliness of the host. The great, cute apartment with the nice jacuzzi was absolutely perfect after a nice long day of hiking in the amazing environment.

Alain & Marianne fantastic hosts. Apartment fastidiously clean, was like all the appliances installed the day before! Free wifi, great tv, hot tub, comfy beds, too many to list! Alain even cleared a path in the snow before we were out of bed! If you are going skiing, or just want time away, I cant recommend this place enough. I will definitely be going back.
