Complimentary breakfast was so good and staff was very cordial and helpful 🥰

The facilities provided by them were excellent. There was no need to call reception and request for any service. Anything you need is already provided in the room itself. Additional facilities like refrigerator, television, induction cook top, drinking water, wifi, kitchenware, etc were all readily available. And the staff were so helpful and hospitable.

It was a pleasant stay for a family of 6 including infant and Toddler, Would like to visit again, Continue your good service!

Very big apartment, helpful staff, quiet area.

Pillow cases smelt really bad. And the laundry service was not good, they stained one of my clothes.

I booked a room here on short notice after another hotel nearby botched my reservation by overbooking. Although it is a residential building, it is run more like a hotel. I booked an apartment room with a shared kitchen and living area but had it all to myself since the other guests checked-out at night. The room was spacious, had aircon and a private bathroom. But, there's just one reason why this property has such a high rating on booking.com: it's the concierge service they provide. It's on par with something you might expect from a luxury hotel in London.

Can't think of too much to complain about for the price I paid for the stay. I did see some street prostitution in the neighborhood at night though. So, you might want to avoid the streets late at night when travelling with family.
