De rust in het hotel.
De hygiëne was echt minimaal. In de badkamer was overal schimmel te vinden. Dit was niet vermeld en de eigenaar gaf later ook nog aan dit te weten en hier niks aan te kunnen doen. Teleurstellend want als hoteleigenaar zal er ten alle tijden schimmel aanpakt moeten worden voor de gezondheid van je gasten. Een plek gaan wij niet om klagen, maar de douche was letterlijk zwart van de schimmel. Het raamkozijn, plafond op meerdere plekken en het bad was ook lek. Daar kwamen wij achter toen zij het water weg lieten lopen. Heel zonde, want op de foto’s tijdens het boeken zag alles er top uit.
Daarnaast vonden wij de kamer ook minimaal schoongemaakt. Er waren veel stofslierten te vinden, wat naar onze mening niet van één dag is maar gewoon slecht schoongemaakt.
In de ontbijtzaal lagen ook duidelijk nog de eetresten van een andere dag. Lijkt ons ook niet nodig.
Daarnaast was ons niet verteld dat er een feest gaande was toen wij aankwamen in het hotel. Wij hadden ons juist zo verheugd om in de rustige mooie tuin te gaan zitten. Echter was het onmogelijk om daar wat te drinken volgens de eigenaar en konden wij buiten de deur wat drinken.

Flexible and very good service. Clean room in calm area. I was travelling for work and did my mails during bareakfast for abou 2hrs - no problem!
Quite far from the larger cities in area, but gives option to take a walk through the village to go see the castle etc.

Lovely Mansion. a glorious wedding or other event venue.
We were overnight guests so couldn’t really take advantage of the lovely venue as everything was closed with no bar or restaurant. We knew this when we booked

Mooie ruime kamer. Ondanks aan een doorlopende weg, geen geluidshinder. Eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel. Tim de eigenaar kwam persoonlijk een praatje maken. Gemert is een mooi dorp.
Mistte alleen een gezellige lounge. Had ook liever ontbijt in het restaurant ipv in een wat afgesloten kamer.

The hotel is quite "classical-fashioned". It looks like adapted villa from the beginning of XX century. Very friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable bed. Stable WiFi.
The room was quite acoustic, I could hear noises from the next room. Quite cold (in March). Toilet only partially separated from the room. Lack of the desk enabling using the laptop.

Hotel and room were really nice. Comfortable bed. Staff were really nice and helpful.
The room above us were very loud you could hear every footstep they made. Also went on most of the day. Sounded like they were dragging furniture around the room all day. Not really the hotels fault but was quite annoying.

We were very surprised with the unique house (historical) and the accommodations! Breakfast was very good and the host and hostess (owner?) were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We should have booked dinner; it looked very good.
The room was rather cold (as were the temperatures outside), but the host brought a portable heater which worked well. It was a very impressive room; large with character and a great bathroom.

I booked the apartment “koetshuis” attached to the building. It was very spacious, nicely decorated, private and cosy. Wanted to eat in the room, and they provides excellent service by bringing it to the sofa, course after course. Great value for money, and overall an amazing place to stay. Also, the next morning they brought breakfast to the room, which was fresh, well balanced and sufficient.
I loved it all.

Pillows very hard. En even with a fan it was very hot. No zircon. Shower and toilet very narrow and no proper doors. The only comfortable chair was made voor a very small person.

The Villa was nice. And in the morning there was snow. It could be nice the breakfast was early since we left early than check up. We really needed a coffee because we are earlier bird 🐦
I was so confused I book it hoping there was a jacuzzi.
