La ubicación, frente a playa y pegado a alberca , muy privado y tranquilo el depa. La mayoría de las instalaciones muy buenas , limpias y funcionando , la atención de Paloma la property es súper buena.

Considero que falta un poco más de mtto profundo al depa , todo muy bien , excelente pero le faltaría limpieza a extractores, renovar los termostatos de los centrales, limpieza más profunda en el balcón y limpiar el asador en cada servicio. Son detallitos pero que pueden hacer mucho mejor la experiencia.

I booked a private airbnb apartment, which was wonderful

I didn't like that if you book a private unit you can not purchase drinks and or food from Krystal Grand unless you do the daily all inclusive rate. Out of 9 days we purchased the all inclusive two days, would have done it more but the nightly restaurants were booked out three days in advance. You had to go to the lobby each the morning at 6 am and stand in line to book a restaurant for dinner. You could not call the front desk. We only got to eat in one of the restaurants during out two days of purchasing the all inclusive plan. This has nothing to do with the condo owner as this is out of her control. I am saying this because if you purchase the all inclusive plan and aren't aware of this fact, eating at the buffet gets redundant. I had family members staying in a condo and they booked the all inclusive plan for the entire 14 day stay.

the location is great, the condo has an amazing view and was very spacious for our 2 couples. the kitchen was well equipped.

no complaints about the property. the condo could use a sunshade for the deck as it gets quite hot between 3-6pm (there is one in the living room but it would have been better on the deck. the kitchen was well equipped except the coffee maker was only for 2 cups and we had a tough time finding coffee filters…but finally did. The hot water for showers varies and so does the pressure…we had many cold showers. The condo is on the third floor which is right above the sun deck that is also used for parties and wedding with loud music…although most parties ended by 11pm, cleanup continued for a couple hours.

Check in process is super slow. It took me more than 1 hour to complete!! Other than than everything was great!! Very nice facilities and confortable condo!

The condo was great. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We purchased the all-inclusive meal plan. The hotel could have been a little more transparent and let us know that they would close the buffet for two of those nights. Again, this is totally out of the property owner’s control - just beware of the hotel when making the choice to purchase the all inclusive option.

The condo itself was spacious and has a wonderful ocean front view. It is located on the grounds of the hotel complex . The occupants have use of the hotel facilities . You also have the option at check in to pay for the all inclusive meal plan or if you have a car like we did , explore the local area for wide variety of eateries. You need a car(taxi) for this because there is nothing within walking distance . Since this is a private condo , the regular checkout rules do not apply . My elderly father had fallen ill and I asked for a late check out to have him rest a few hours longer before we left which was granted by the condo administrator (not the front desk) This was really appreciated. Thank you .

Hotel front desk staff was mediocre and the check in/out process was slow and poorly staffed . The rest of the grounds staff was really pleasant . Covid protocols were hit and miss . At check in I was not offered beach towel information and had to run back and forth to the condo for my credit card for a 25 usd deposit per towel . The towel service was also slow as the staff who work the booth don’t have the names of the people who stay at the condo , only regular hotel guests . The condo itself needs some minor improvements like a working TV. No hot water in one of the showers . Clothes Dryer exhaust needs to be replaced . Full kitchen and super market 8 minute drive away . If you don’t get the meal Plan stock up because you cannot buy anything on the property except for some sweet bread and coffee at the cafe .
