Appartamento bello e tenuto bene, con tutto quanto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità. E' situato in posizione panoramica a Buggerru alta, facilmente raggiungibile. La vista panoramica sul paesino e il porticciolo è molto bella, con un bel tramonto. Il proprietario sig. Franco si è dimostrato cortese, affabile e gentile, per nulla invasivo. There is nothing to like about this property. You'd be better off staying in a tent - at least it would be more comfortable and cleaner!

There is no way 4 people could stay here as advertised. The property was dirty. The host did not provide any bedding or towels as standard and when they did these items were sub-standard and they asked for extra money as well! The kitchen was un-hygienic and the locks on the main entrance door was broken. A mop and bucket were left on the stairs landing which was a trip hazard and unsafe. The kitchen light was full of dead insects. The shower was lose and dirty. The sofa was threadbare and worn. The cooker did not work - gas would not light properly - and was probably dangerous. The tiles in the kitchen were full of dirt. and joints unfinished. Electric switches were poorly fitted. The fridge door was broken. Other drawers and cupboards were in bad repair and not closing properly. This property is appalling and should be removed from Booking.com. We left after 2 nights and found somewhere else and I will be seeking a full refund as there is no way anyone could tolerate 2 weeks in such a hovel for a holiday.

Comfortable, well equipped and very clean apartment with an amazing view. Walking distance to Buggerru- little town with nice atmosphere, little streets, good restaurants, sandy beach, and port where you can take a boat trip to visit coastline with all the cliffs and caves. Gabriela and Franco were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful! Everything was as described on booking.com. Great view, nice flat, a lot of parking possibilities, very friendly host.

The location was ok, a nice view from the road. You could walk to town, however it was up a lot of stairs. A level of fitness is definitely required. Washing machine was great and the parking was easy.

A more accurate description of the property would really help. The beach is not 400m away as stated. It also said linen was included. We didn't take our own and when we got there the owner had said he had emailed me. We had already left so I did not get the email. There was also a lot of stuff stored around the home. That could be moved. More cups needed. And you can't drink the water from the taps so take some with you if possible. The amount of plastic waste was unbelievable.

The property is located at the top of the hill and offers a beautiful view of the town. I was not happy that we had to pay extra for linens, and the AC was only in one room, although they got a delivery of AC units while we were there. The host was very accommodating even thought he doesn’t speak English.

The flat was so new that was missing lots of details to Make it comfortable. Wi-fi didn't exist and towels and linen pricey (as it was under additional charge rule if requested). Quite disappointing
