Cozy, well organized and clean apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a kitchen with pretty much everything you need to prepare a meal and there’s a supermarket nearby. We got stuck in traffic on our way to Angra and the owner helped us a lot by providing a way to check in past her working hours.

It’s a bit far from the docks where transportation leaves to Ilha Grande. If you plan on using it, you will need to get an Uber or a taxi to get there.

The host was friendly to come check us in even though we were later. The beds were comfy and the shower was okay.

The place itself wasn't that clean. Ants near the toilet, ants all over the floor. The kitchen didn't have all the things you would need. The couch was dirty and could be renewed. In the booking was mentioned a gym, there wasn't any. When we told the host, he didn't care and reminded us about a tour we could book at his place..

The location was really great and safe.

When you stay in homes/apartments it's because you want to make your own food. The kitchen doesn't have enough equipment like pans, forks etc for cooking. The cooker was really old and broken. The jacuzzi was really dirty and the water stank.

Constructions near a house, too loud, bad city and dangerous, good on day time. No shower gel, shampoo or soup. X1 toilet roll, tv in bedroom very poor connection.

The layout of the apartment is set up well. The view from the balcony is nice

There was mold on the walls in the living room area so it smelt like cat piss. there were ants infested everywhere. when we woke up in the morning they were crawling all over our toiletries. there’s an aunt hole under the sink. the shower leeks so half the floor gets soaking wet after you shower. it drenched my slippers. there’s also a sewage smell coming from the toilet so sitting in there is unbearable. the bed must be broken; every time we sat on it it would make a cracking sound. it was very uncomfortable and we’re not heavy people. upon arrival, we were confused and lost and had to wait to get our apartment. the wi-fi wasn’t working and had to wait an hour for the host, who was more concerned about selling us a tour than helping us with getting soap for the kitchen or messaging us back for the wifi. we got it at night, and it didn’t work in the bedroom. we lost service on the TV, too.

Guests were super kindly and helpful. The apartment is amazing and complete for who are looking "be at home"... nice view to the sea
