My wife (who is hard to please) said this was best apartment we ever rented (and we travel a lot staying in apartments!). Apartment is immaculate. All things you would like (such as cleaning materials) are provided as well as a very welcome bottle of wine!!! Lots of plates, electrical goods and wi-fi was perfect. The surroundings (i.e. outside the apartment) are a bit shabby but the apartment itself is clean, well-furnished and really comfortable. The host was very friendly and all in all this was an amazing and memorable stay. Swimming pool wasn't open but I imagine it would be perfect in the hot months for a family. Lots of amazing Cypriot food nearby so I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We could not get local SIMs at airport (and we landed on Easter weekend which is a big holiday in Cyprus) which meant we had no assess to google maps. In fact the apartment is very near airport. You just need to take first exit outside airport (road B4 direction Larnaka), and get the sea on your right-hand side. Then drive a few kilometers until you come to a "90 degrees" restaurant. Complex is on street to the left. It is not signposted very well. When you get keys from key-safe, there is a plastic key which opens the barrier (only found this out on the last day!) so you can park off-street. However, we parked on street with no problems for the week.

Very nice and clean apartment, ideal for family rest. 5 minutes walk from Makinzi beach, the pool is right under the building. 7th floor with great view. Hospitable host, helped us to solve different issues, not only about living in the flat

Good quiet location, decent quality, with a sea view balcony. The air conditioning and fans worked well.

The property was advertised as having a swimming pool, which was one of the reasons for choosing it. The pool had clearly not been used for some time, so why is this facility still on your site? I would recommend the owner to produce a simple booklet that had basic information in it for guests, such as how to access the parking area, the WiFi code(yes I know it is on the back of the router), where to get rid of rubbish, how to get hot water (which did not work properly), and other useful info e.g. a number for a taxi company, the nearest supermarket etc.

A beautiful and well kept appartment with a great view of the beach and the sea, spacious, bright and decorated with excellent taste, well stocked kitchen with all appliances available! Highly recommended

Modern Apartment with all equipment that you need.

The master Bedroom AC location is annoying. Air Blows straight on your head. I head to sleep with the head covered. No AC in 2nd Bedroom. Ceiling Fan instead.
