Table and chairs could have been better, just a picnic table. Would be nice to see someone.

The location was beautiful with view of the ocean. The home was very clean and had everything you needed. The bed was very comfy and comfortable.

This was a very nice place to stay, very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The view is fabulous.

The lighting in the apartment is a little dim, and the bathroom is showing.some wear and tear but the shower is good.

Lovely place to stay & super close to everything. Loved having pool/spa access and check in was super easy. Villa was stocked with coffee, tea and TV had chromecast which was also a bonus.

Not too many negatives. The drawers weren’t very clean - very dusty and few pieces of hair (just needed a wipe). Found a random dirty pair of undies in the corner of the bedroom wardrobe upon check in - not very pleasant at all.

Quite new and very well equipped with a balcony. The bay was close and we liked having happy hour there. The furnishings were comfortable and it was in a quiet area.

A little way removed from town so we had to drive to cafe's and restaurants.

The view from the apartment was wonderful. It was lovely and peaceful, and easy access to the beach. The size of the apartment worked well for us being a family with two teenagers.

Everything was really great, only thing that were a slight problem was the bed being too soft(we have a firm bed at home), but this may not be a problem for most people. Also after a couple of nights we got used to it a bit more.

Great apartment looking over the pool, tidy and very clean, self contained. Great location walk across the road to beach. We loved our time staying here will definately come back

The shower door doesn't close fully but other than that nothing to fault

it has everything you need like washing machine and dryer and drying rack. has a pool and spa bath and beach across the road. quiet and just a lovely location not far from town

Beautiful location. Great , clean apartment.

Loved the personal touches.... coffee machine, jig saws, and games.....washing machine, dryer, diffuser....the towels were amazing as were the sheets. I could go on....there were so many things that made staying at Aqua Soeil Villas so enjoyable. Loved the communication from Jacqui. E-mails keeping me up to date.

Not that I didn't like it ... but a TV in the bedroom upstairs would have been awesome. After a long day nothing better than hopping into bed with lights out and the TV turned down low.

Absolutely spotless! Nice quiet place close to the beach, away from the crowds yet only a few minutes to the town center.

The view, well presented and equipped Quiet apart from a bit of road noise with cars when you have the doors open but that is to be expected, the sunrises are spectacular

my partner and I came down for a quite weekend away from Auckland we stayed in villa 33 the communication was amazing self checkin and checkout made it very smooth the room it self was perfect and has everything you need it’s like a home away from home, it’s modern very clean and tidy the bed is super comfortable. the heated and pool and spa were a nice way to wind down. the beach is just across the road and so nice for a night stroll. my partner and I went fishing just a few minutes up the road and caught some yummy good sized kahawai within 20 mins. town centre only about 5 min drive away. we enjoyed our stay so much we will be back for sure such a relaxing weekend thank you so much

Good location and clean pool and spa to use. Great kitchen facilities. Just a few minutes drive to the town or a 30 minute walk. Playground close by if you have young children.

All the essential comforts provided plus extras! Such a beautifully decorated apartment. So close to the beach and away from the crowds.

The single & queen beds are very comfy. Easy to follow instructions. Friendly people, very helpful. The beach was only across the road. Well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, bathroom needs.

The double bed mattress. To firm, maybe a soft topper would help. Definitely a heat pump needed for downstairs, especially during winter season. Need more plug sockets down stairs around the sitting room area.
