First room we stayed in was very small - altho'we were told before stay that it was a small room. It was quite a long way to the bathroom from this room.

Lovely and helpful family owned hotel. Nice and quiet patio and kitchen to use. At our time, breakfast was also included and delicious.

Owner Carlos is giving a lot of good information about Granada and surrounding volcanoes and lakes. Free sightseeing tour in the city is recommendable. I like also that he has to offer a list about good restaurants and cafes in the city. The rooms are situated around a very beautiful yard, and it's very peaceful place to be quite near to city center.

amazing stay, carlos gave us a really interesting city tour, and the tours of the isletas and laguna that they offer are really well priced. the breakfast was nice and the room was really nice

This is our second stay in an old traditional family home. The courtyard garden is a lovely feature of these buildings, and to relax in the shaded area encircling it was wonderful. Here we could sit in cane rocking chairs, or lounge in hammocks to read and plan the day. Breakfast was also served to us here. Carlos, Marie Luz (the resident artist whose paintings adorn the walls) and the two members of staff that we met, Jennifer and Dolores, go out if their way to help. Carlos drove us around the town in the family car, pointing out features of interest that we might want to explore on our own. He's very knowledgeable about history, and his ancestors have been quite prominent in Nicaraguan society. The rooms are basic, fan cooled, comfortable beds with reliable WiFi, and the place is cleaned constantly by the staff. We had access to a kitchen area and made coffee for ourselves during the day. Unlimited coffee was available during the breakfast times, from a heated perculator. Showers are fully pressured, with water unheated except by the sheer heat of the country. Wonderfully refreshing. On the walls are posted the mission statement and plans for the development of this family business, and the ethical basis for growing it. Tours are available here, and an onsite cafe is being created as and when the family are able to proceed. I wish them every success!

I’m attaching the real pics of my room. for exactly the same price in Leon I had a nicely designed spacious room with wooden floors and a balcony. for exactly the same price in San Juan del sur I had a simple but nice room with a private bathroom and a balcony. in arca de Noé for that price I had a room that looked more like a barn without anything.

Is very nice place with an excellent location and environment. The room was clean and We enjoy the coffee and the breakfast as well. We spent time as in our house.

Everything was completely comfortable. I will really recommend to my friends. We hope to continue visiting this place.

Unfortunatly the neighboring hostel held parties every night until 04:00 in the morning. Our window was next to this, so we slept very bad. it was easter week, so we are not sure if there is always parties, or if it was just that week.

Great welcoming, very useful city tour by Carlos and the location is perfect. They were very accommodating with our travels plans too.
