Great location right next to train station and walking distance from town centre, accomodation is clean and tidy, Imma and Osvaldo are the greatest hosts always available to help

Very clean apartment. Convenient for the train. Well equipped.

Dark and dated. We were met by someone who had no English so we couldn't communicate. We arrived on a Sunday when all the shops were closed and only a bottle of water in the apartment. Except for Italian coffee, sugar and lots of cleaning products, there are no supplies in the kitchen. There was an old jar of dried out instant coffee and some condiments in battered packaging. Tourist information brochures consisted of old and torn leaflets. Stairs up to bed is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. If you need to go to the bathroom during the night, it squeaks.

It's really close to the train station, which makes it a perfect place for exploring the bay of Naples. Naples and Pompeji can be reached in less then 30 minutes. Privat parking is really comfortable. The staff was super friendly and even brought us some delicious sweets. Communication per WhatsApp with the owner was good, he always answered promptly and gave some helpful advice.

If anything, a door between kitchen and livingroom/bedroom would be nice. Stairs to Maisonette bedroom are really steep and not recommend for children or elderly people, though. The trains can be heard and felt, but surprisingly this didn't bother us at all. There's no trains at night time anyway but also in the morning they didn't wake us up.

This apartment is really lovely. The rooms are spotless and very true to the photos. We did not meet Lauro during our stay but when I contacted him he was quick to reply and sent great local recommendations. His neighbour Imma checked us in late at the apartment, and even though we did not speak the same language she was very nice, helpful and informative! On our first morning she gave us Napolitana pastries. The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the small train station, a great location!
