Everything was perfect. Big room and bathroom, comfortable beds, free parking. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.

Being a sort of entertainment complex (it has a cinema, bowling and several bars) we could hear some noise, but maybe because it was a Saturday.

Everything was perfect, from the kind and friendly staff to the room and the facilities!
Room was tastefully decorated, with a wonderful blend of vintage and modern style. Big and comfortable bed, and finally a really good pillow!
The facilities really surprised me - it's like a big city in the Swiss countryside! 3 different restaurants were open during my stay, of which the Mexican was my favourite. The bar was also lively, but not loud - just to my taste.
As a frequent business traveller, I loved this lively and friendly place, and I will definitely be back soon!

Very large family room with a Madagascar theme. Our son loved the bunk beds. Comfortable beds, quiet room and lots of towels and toiletries. Great breakfast/ brunch with lots of variety. As part of an adventure centre, there is bowling, cinemas and go karting all in the same complex, as well as a good Mexican restaurant. Parking is free and plentiful.
While the room was a good price, the extra activities like bowling seemed a bit expensive. The location isn’t pretty but considering that people are coming for the cinemas etc., that doesn’t matter.

We stayed only one night in our trip retourning home after holidays and the location was perfect near the highway. The staff were very heplful. The family room was huge, the decoration of Madagascar movie was great and there were more amenities than most hotels nowadays. Because the next day was sunday we enjoyed a very good brunch included in the room price.
To said something, there was no cold water in the shower and the beside table could be bigger.

Breakfast was excellent, staff superb and location great for a stop over.
Food was very nice in the evening too with large portions.
Mexican style food and heard no noise considering there was a nice bar with a party and a cinema, super quiet.
Play area for the children unfortunately was closed (repair I think), so not much for the children to do. Bowling was also closed on the day we arrived.
Food in the evening a bit pricy but it is in Switzerland.

Limitations through Corona - the facility decided to offer the same experience for all guests without respect to Corona tests/vaccination and hence limited the service to a legal minimum allowed without checks: outside service only - including no bar or breakfast inside, brown-bag breakfast only - no normal service. This was highly disappointing.
Besides this really bad decision of the hotel management and no service at all the facility was great and the staff was friendly to the extend possible with this self-decided limitation

Great place to go with kids, we were in the Madagascar family room for 4th time, my kids loved it! Nice breakfast, and bowling! The property also has a nice mexican restaurant.

We rended the theme room with direct access to the cinema. The film was ... ok (that we knew in advance) but the whole experience was absolutely extraordinary. Comfortable room, unique "private" cinema experience and all the rest (bars, food) was also great! The staff was 100% friendly and helpfull, brought us the meal in the room and let us depart a little later than planed without extra charge. 1000 thanks!
