Just the breakfast, even the breakfast cups where not clean
I didn’t enjoy the property in many ways, one of which is because the toilet was dirty from the first day, when I told a receptionist the housekeeper who accompanied me told me there was a brush to wash the toilet like how do I wash a toilet that I haven’t used.
Secondly, the bathroom was blocked, as I shower the bathroom becomes very full, the water doesn’t go away I reported to the receptionist and nothing was done about it, no form of remorse just normal response.
Thirdly,The room was said to be sea view and pool view, yes we got the pool view but it wasn’t sea view it was kitchen view.
Lastly, they attached bathrobes as one of their essentials but it wasn’t included and they couldn’t tell why it wasn’t even after being asked.
Their customer service is the poorest I have ever witnessed they need to do better.

Comfortable rooms with a very nice and clean swimming pool, walk a short distance to the beach and close to restaurants and the staff is great .

Die Poolanlage war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Auto steht auf einem sicheren, großen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz
Das Personal spricht schlechtes bis sehr schlechtes Englisch. Die Handtücher, die am Pool zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, waren alle dreckig und befleckt. Während wir am Pool lagen hat das Personal einfach unseren Sonnenschirm geschlossen, ohne weitere Angabe von Gründen.

C’était très bien mais les toilettes de notre chambre n’étaient pas propre à notre arrivée. Très bonne literie petit déjeuner bien garnie en fruit

Zero wygłuszenia jeśli chodzi o drzwi i korytarz. Inni goście stwierdzili że sobie zrobią imprezę na korytarzu i nie można było zasnąć. Rano personel sprzątający stwierdził że sobie posprząta nasz pokój... Trzy godziny przed check outem (zaczęli dobijać się o 8 rano). Nie chcieli tego zaakceptować dopóki pokazałem im to na papierze....

Prima en schone kamer met een ruim balkon met uitzicht op zee, mooi zwembad en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook een goede parking. Rustig gelegen.
Niets specifieks, stadje Vlorë zelf is wel erg massaal opgezet

The hotel has a pool, good restaurant and excellent breakfast. Amazing views and very relaxing atmosphere.
No facilities at the beach and the pool area was not always well maintained.

It was clean and the staff were very Friendly
In the description is written Beachfront but you have to walk like 5-7 minutes and in summer that kinda hard knowing that 5-7minutes are just Stairs.

I liked everything about my stay at Le Palazzine Hotel. Location was good, breakfast was tasty, the staff very helpful and kind. I hope to be back in the future.

Basically nothing was right - from service, breakfast, the facility as well as the location.
Poorest breakfast I’ve seen while travelling, rudest staff, rooms were dirty and the location far from the sea.

The room was spacious, the view from the balcony was perfect and breakfast was good
I wish they had some type of transportation to the city line electric bikes or scooters for rent in the facility. It was difficult to go to the city by car. It is not too far to use a car but not too near to walk.

We have been visiting Le Palazzine for a number of times, and we have always stayed in the same room, which is spacious, airy and with a great terrace. It is very comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is an exceptional terrace with amazing views of the sea, with great staff!
Prices have gone up! Notwithstanding the fact that we went this time in a middle of the tourist season, the rate of the room has hone up by more than twice since our previous stay (in October last year). At the same time, facility and services have remained the same. There is no safe in the room (nor there is one at the reception); there are no coffee making facilities in the room, which in my view should be a must as the room charge was 120 Euro a night for a double occupancy. Also, the breakfast offer would need to be improved.

Everything was amazing. Location is 15 mins walk from the main Vlora promenade. Rooms are very commodious. There is a nearby public basketball and tennis court within 10 mins walk. Public beach is 10 mins walk. Terrace offers stunning views. Breakfast is rich and diverse.

We loved our stay, it had a great pool, no access to the beach however you can get there in less than 5 minutes drive. Staff was wonderful, front desk and cleaning ladies exceptional! We will visit again.

Back steps down to the beach were NOT safe or clean. A basic sweeping/cleaning of this area 1-2x a week would work.

We had a great stay at Le Palazzine. The room was comfortable and very clean. We had sea and Mountain View from our balcony, exactly as we booked it. Lana, the cleaning lady was extremely kind, so it was Angela, the receptionist who helped us with tips about where to go and what to do. The pool was lovely and very clean. Breakfast could have a greater variety but it was okay. The beach is 7 minutes walk from the hotel which we did not mind as we wanted to stay away from the hassle and bustle of the main strip. Everyone was very kind and ready to help. We loved our stay at Le Palazzine.
The waiters at the bar and restaurant could perhaps be a bit kinder.
