Una solo giornata, purtroppo, ma tutto è andato benissimo. Fabriano è un bella e interessante città, e il breve soggiorno in struttura è stato eccellente. La colazione cortesemente fornita dalla proprietaria molto buona, la posizione assolutamente centrale (ma i parcheggi, anche se non vicinissimi, non mancano). Insomma tutto consigliatissimo.

Large, uncluttered, and quiet room in a stone building in the historic center. Comfortable bed.

The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt during hot summer days. The wifi was not accessible in the room, a fact the off-site host refused to believe despite screen prints of the access page. The check-in process requires improvement. The host should correct the erroneous address in the app and in Google Maps, and take 5 minutes from her day to meet guests and hand over the keys. There is no reason to ask guests to look for keys hidden somewhere in dozens of flowerpots in front of the building!

rooms and beds were really good! Though we were sold one extra room... because we were three and we had one room for three and one for 2. We would rather payed only for on room.

We thought that breakfast would be good, but it was not... only tablet coffee, only sweets and fruits, and the lady who was supposed to serve breakfast, came 45 min later than was told...I don't know if this was from the place or from the booking...
