Satff was friendly and location is ok

one strange thing happened. I booked standard double room, which says it has view to garden and images of booking also show windows but the room we got was without windows and was not nicely ventilated. When I complaint hotel staff, they said to contact booking.com, they said that is room what they can offer as per booking.com and they can't do anything. I asked booking.com customer care but they said they asked hotel why they did that but they said, they didn't received any reply from hotel. But when we asked hotel person they said, its booking.com fault that they gave wrong description of room and Booking.com said , room description are provided by hotel owner. So at the end it was blaming each other and nothing happened.

I didn't like anything

Since I have booked from booking.com. They gave me a room near to reception. I asked for another room, they denied. Also there was so much noise.

Room had no windows and was smelling really bad .

The staff was courteous. The room was small but clean.

There was so much disturbance. The outside sounds like people talking, vessels cleaning were clearly audible inside the room till very late. So much so that we could not sleep till these noises stopped. Room was definitely not the same which was shown in the picture.
