beds were comfortable, living space was great, kitchen was a nice touch

access to parking was problematic. coming from the US, we can’t pay at parking meters, and there were no other options

Everything was fine in general but the day before leaving they were very insistent with the check out time. I can't say that we somehow behaved badly since we weren't even nearly at the hotel and we only came to sleep. but the insistence with the checkout was somewhat uncomfortable.

The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed and the bed had the most comfortable mattress for a great night's sleep..The Butler was also very nice, friendly and welcoming. The location is wonderful. We will definitely stay at the Little Grand in the future.

Absolutely nothing

We liked everything in Little Grand Hotel. Our suite was nicely decorated, spotless clean, comfortable and functional. Butler Marcel was always there for assisting us and providing us with useful information for the area. Although Little Grand Hotel is in the heart of Eindhoven, close to all kinds of stores and restaurants, it remains quiet and private.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say.

The apartment we book was very comfy, sparkles clean and with all you need. Everything in the apartment shows refinement and good taste in mixing modern pieces and vintage ones. The host is a real gentlemen, very helpful and very thoughtful. A truly pleasant experience that we undoubtedly recommend.

The location. The beautifully appointed and clean apartment. The kitchen. The super friendly, jovial and very helpful butler, he’s a gem!!!

I wish there was a washer & dryer in the apartment itself. Plus an iron & ironing board should definitely be made available in every unit because they don’t take up much space

Lack of alternatives to an overhot duvet ... sort of assumes that everyone needs the same level of coverage (all they really need is a light blanket and thicker blanket option).
