The villa is really well presented, lovely grounds and it has a nice outdoor area for eating outside. A big enough apartment for 4 people, friendly staff, plenty of free parking right outside the property.

A few additional costs including late check in fee, electricity and linen which make the apartment appear slightly cheaper initially. The hot water wasn't on when we arrived, and after a late night flight had to wait half an hour for it to heat. Angry/barking dog next door, barks through the night. The apartment was quite dark inside and had limited basic supplies such as no cooking oil, salt etc, no hand soap, only one toilet roll provided for a 5 night stay. Coffee pods were extra as well - you'll need to be able to stock the kitchen/apartment yourself (other than plates/cutlery). There are no card facilities for payment at the property, so be aware you will need cash for the deposit, and also to pay anything outstanding at the end (there are no atm's nearby). Created quite a long queue of people waiting to check out at 10am! I would also definitely recommend hiring a car, as the property is a 30 minute drive from Cagliari, or 2 buses and a train to the airport was the other option. Cost us 50euros in a taxi to get from the airport to the apartment at night (just something to be aware of, we hadn't quite realised these logistics at booking - obviously not a fault of the apartment).

The gardens !! Absolutely stunning and immaculate.Superb infact.

Check out slow but only because other guests were having a problem . Staff totally sincere and helped as much as totally possible which was good to see
