Sylvia was a great host. She gave us clear instructions on how to access the property. You cannot find a better location near Old Town with pinchos bars all around. She accomodated us with all of our basic needs. What a beautiful Pension in such a beautiful city.

Location was perfect. Host booked us a very early taxi to the airport which was very helpful. Entry instructions worked just fine.

Room smelled initially of disinfectant but window opened to air it out.

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage mitten in der Altstadt von San Sebastián, von der Großzügigkeit und geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Zimmers, von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und den bequemen Betten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut okay. Kontakt zum Hotelpersonal hatten wir keinen, daher in diesem Punkt keine Bewertung.

La ubicación es estupenda!! tiene lo mínimo indispensable para disfrutar la ciudad y llegar a descansar. La atención es muy buena, claros en su orientación y siempre dispuestos a colaborar.

Over all else, the staff. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Very helpful for anything we needed. The location of the property was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

- the noise from the street is very loud, without earplugs there was no chance of sleep - old furniture and bathroom - no option for breakfast - no way of parking in the area except a very expensive parking garage (28€/day)

Our room was so comfortable and cozy! Even though we share a bathroom it still feels private 😊

It can take minute to figure out how to enter the hotel primarily but afterwards it was not a problem!

Perfect location, in the middle of the old town

During the first evening, some guests entered our room while we were in bed claiming that was theirs (they had received the access code to our room). This was very uncomfortable and we could have easily been outside with other guests having access to our computers, passports,.. The check in happens online and there is no one in the reception. From our room we could hear everything, including the noise from the neighbour love birds.

The property is spotlessly clean and very central within the Old Town.

Silvia was a wonderful host! So nice!

Location was excellent with the Pintxos Bars right outside the front door. Silvia was very helpful.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms good.

Basic accomodation in the old town. Its neither a hotel or a bnb or an apt. Please know this is just a room in a building with a bathroom. No glasses in the room for a drink of water. No kettle. No tea or coffee. No access to a kitchen. Very noisy location close to some bars that go through the night. The old town is a party town for youngsters and if this is not your thing then I'd stay clear of the whole area.

Silvia was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The rooms were brilliant, good size and great value for money. We even got put into a better room than what we booked which had a balcony looking out into the old town and the marina.

Third rollaway bed was very hard but it was a pretty last minute request so understandable.

location, clean, comfortable, quiet even on a Saturday night. reasonable rate for this pricey town.

I might have had to share a bath, but luckily I did not. I would not have liked that. that’s all!
