- Property is in heart of the city and a good place to stay if you have work in Himmatnagar city - Mr. Karni Singh made a extra effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible - The food quality that is served for breakfast and meal is very good - you will not miss home food - Beds and linen were clean and comfortable - They regularly made the rooms

- there were lime scales in the bathtub and shower area - there is only one wired phone in room and if you are in a room away one has to run for it - cordless phone and multiple devices help - there is no doorbell, the housekeeping and room service would bang the door for guest to open the door, which was little weird for me - the palace ground are let out for marriage functions, and music noise was quite loud and uncomfortable in the room - Dustbin was never emptied during my 3 days stay despite room being cleaned by housekeeping - Though it is a secured property, there is no safe in the room.

The location was excellent. Food served was of different class and quality. The entire team of Dowlat Villas Palace -The Heritage was very generous, supportive and caring. I am very grateful to Mr. Karni Singhji for his kindness and generosity through out my stay. Your hospility is second to none.

I felt like I was at home. Enjoyed every bit of stay.

Incredible hospitality. Our host took time out to show us around the area, it felt as if he let us into the private life of the royal family. Everyone there was so kind, and the history of the family and Idar state is so fascinating.
