Questa casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, una sala ricreativa con tavolo da ping pong e 32 TV, DVD e VHS. Il livello di entrata ha il soggiorno, la cucina, la sala da pranzo, un bagno 1/2 e la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo. Comfortable home in a fantastic location. Walk to private beach or state park. Great Lake Tahoe views from decks. Newly renovated bathrooms. Spacious primary bedroom. Backyard with hot tub works well for cookouts. Some broken blinds and dirty windows were a bit surprising considering price point for this home.

Location was great, nice views of the lake and trees. Very short walk to the private beach area. Neighborhoods is friendly, clean, and quiet. The residence itself could use some work, several lights were out, causing us to use flashlights to get down to the garage and around the bedrooms. The floors were atrocious, our one year old was covered in dirt from crawling in the hardwood floors. There were also several cobwebs on lamps and other furniture items. The kitchenware could use some updating, making dinner for 10 people is hard with only two pans and pots. In all honesty, this wouldn’t be my first choice booking.

This is a very nice property with access to private beach. The house was spacious and large accommodating a party of 10 easily. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but only stocked with hand soap. Minor inconvenience but grocery store less than a mile away for shampoo, body wash and supplies. Kids love swimming at the beach and kayaking in the morning. Zephyr Cove nearby for your fishing charter. Highly recommended.

We loved the location. The beach was so nice with very few other people there.
Parking was a little tricky because the driveway is short. We put one car in the garage and the other in the driveway.
The upstairs got warm at night and some of the fans weren’t working.

Beautiful location and lovely little community. The house was as described aside from the lack of information about the tiny driveway. We came with two trucks and it was very challenging to park here as there is no street parking and the driveway was extremely short. Upon entry the house was dirty on the main level. Lots of dust and dirt everywhere. The floors were very dirty it was uncomfortable to take our shoes off in the house. Management company was responsive to my questions. It would be helpful if wifi info, rules, check out and check in procedures were printed and posted just like in other short term rental properties. .The beds were comfortable and the house was large and fit our family. Cute little backyard and the bbq for grilling worked well.

The location of this property was amazing! We walked to the beautiful private beach each day. We rented this house because of its proximity to Edgewood Golf Course. We were told we could leave our suitcases and perishable food in the house before we left for the golf course because renters prior to us left on Saturday, and we arrived the following Wednesday. We were told that the house would be clean and ready to go. Unfortunately when we arrived, the cleaning staff also arrived and were upset that we were there. Somehow communication between rental company and cleaning staff was broken down. The cleanliness of the house when we arrived back in the afternoon was not good. You could tell the toilets were not cleaned. The dust under the bed downstairs was piled up, and the two area rugs next to the beds had pet urine stains on them. There was lint in the dryer from previous renters. All in all, we spent time cleaning ourselves to help make it more inviting for our family. I’m not one to complain and try to always look at the positive, but I thought this would be helpful for the renting company to get an honest feedback. Thank you

Views and location beyond superb! The house floor plan was perfect for our needs. Having enough sleeping arrangements and very nicely updated bathrooms. Close walk to beach. We’ve rented at most Lake Tahoes private lakeside properties and this is definitely in the top 3!!
Also the property management company was very responsive to all my questions and needs.
CONS: parking is definitely an issue! Don’t bring large vehicles. Some blinds broken, garbage bin in garage way too small, cleanliness upon entry was not acceptable. Very low lighting in upstairs large bedroom. WiFi was not posted - we had to find and read it off the router box under the TV. Lastly, it was undisclosed that renters are not permitted to drive down to the private beach. We brought paddle boards .. should we have known we had to carry them all would be good to know. I feel paying nearly $5000.00 we should have access to drive our vehicle to this amenity. Another negative is the VRBO host was not professional with his responses.
Still I’d highly recommend this property.

We had a great time with our group of 6 adults. Location is fantastic with access to private community beach. Lake views. Home is large and sleeps 8 people comfortably. Lake views from balcony. Would definitely come again.

We had the best time being together for a girl weekend in this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and great access to the beach. The hot tub does not get very hot, it was warm but it was still enjoyable to sit and relax in for a bit. Bess are very comfortable!

We really like the location of the cabin and able to accommodate so many people and enough bathrooms to share. Like that there’s plenty of amenities.
The property manager is very responsive and very helpful.
My complain would be that the kitchen windows are old and hard to open. The front door screen is broken and downstairs master bedroom door doesn’t lock. So overall, the property needs some fixing up. Also, I would prefer more lights, but that’s my taste. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful property and I would come back next time.

The house is in a perfect location, steps from the beach! And close to Heavenly for skiing.

The beach was within walking distance of the cabin.
The dining and leaving areas had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults.
The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt very relax.
Cleanliness was very marginal.
Parking can be challenging when you have large vehicle.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful house in Zephyr Cove.
Pros:
- Great amenities (ping pong table, speaker system, smart thermometer)
- Right in front of the lake
- 3 minutes drive from Safeway
Cons:
- Hot tub water did not go super hot.
- Common area could be a bit cleaner and vacuumed more throughly.

We were three couples who had enough space in the house with bathrooms, bedrooms and living space. House was dusty had lots of spiderwebs and could've used a sweeping. The hot tub is a nice touch however, does not warm up over 95° even though it says it's at 104 degrees. The property manager was easily reachable and most accommodating, we appreciated that. Overall, the weekend was beautiful and amazing, we would stay here again.

This neighborhood is a fantastic location: Short walk to the private beach, which was beautiful; easy drive to Stateline; grocery store and restaurants nearby. We had nine guests - room for all. We all enjoyed the balconies with views of the lake. Kitchen was equipped and clean. We would definitely go back in the future.

The house was very clean and roomy, but parking wasn’t that great we had two big trucks. They should let people know that you need a regular size car to park in the garage. We had to park the truck up by the care taker which is a long walk up from the house and the other one we had a park sideways in front of the garage, so it wouldn’t stick out in the street.

Location was excellent for our purpose. The property was older than we expected. Parking was a challenge. The garage needs to be cleaned up and emptied. The cost of the property was probably within market value but it was expensive for what we got.

Pros: This property is great for 7-8 people. Walking distance to a private beach. Close to grocery stores and Stateline. Fully stocked with kitchen and grill supplies. Amazing views from the balconies. Small backyard with grill and hot tub.
Cons: Main Gate code provided did not work. Had to ask a neighbor for the correct code while trying to get in to the main gate.

This property was the absolute best. The view of the lake from the front porch was phenomenal. Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to be close to the lake.

The property manager provided super helpful information about the place, the check-in process, and the check-out process, that we faced no issues during our stay, and were able to enjoy it to the full maximum. The house is in a gated community with a nearby private beach in Zephyr Cove, making for a great long weekend escape in South Lake. We’d be interested in coming back during the summer time again, and also in the winter. We loved our stay.

Imagine being a property manager at a vacation rental and being the rudest and most inhospitable person possible. Our interaction with our property Manager was deplorable and left a bad taste in our mouths before we even set foot on the property. The homeowners would be wise to find themselves a friendlier, more accommodating and thoughtful property manager to welcome their guests and make their stay more enjoyable. we have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and engaged with numerous property managers, and never have we had such a negative experience. Sadly, we will not be returning and will not refer our many friends to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location right on the cove was absolutely astonishing. The trail to the community’s private beach was super convenient as well as a beautiful path. We appreciate very much being hosted at this beautiful home and soaking in the natural splendor there. Only 2 things could have been different to make this stay better. First was the lack of air conditioning. It was in the mid to high 90’s and the upstairs became extremely uncomfortable to sleep in due to how hot it got. Only the first floor with all open windows was decently comfortable without A/C. The other issue was the hot tub. It hardly heated up at all and would display high temperatures up to 103 degrees, however it was maybe 90 degrees at best.

Perfect for family fun!!!!
We had a post COVID family reunion last year and we loved it so much we came back. The location is perfect for families. Close to the beach, ping pong, games and wi-fi so the teens can connect their devices. We were also pleasantly surprised that the upstairs bathrooms have been totally updated.
I read some reviews about the cleanliness or maintenance issues and definitely do not agree with the negativity. I mean does a small area in a bathroom that isn't painted really affect your vacation?
I definitely recommend this property and the property manager and look forward to our next family vacation.

It’s an older place with a cabin feel. These are all easy fixes, if addressed, would make the stay ideal.

Perfect Winter/ summer get away
House was big, beautiful and so welcoming. Perfect waking to the lake view from the living room and many bedrooms. Fun games for the kids and adults and a beach area less than a 5min walk from the driveway. One or two things were not up to par, I would have preferred some cleaning products and cleaning rags for spills I had to buy my own and take them home with. The other is that the vacuum was not operational. You really can’t expect clients to pay a cleaning fee and do upkeep during their stay with nothing to do so… lastly, the under the bed area is not being cleaned by the cleaning crew, obviously a few stays behind on sweeping and mopping under anything.
Other than those it was an amazing space and stay.

We had a post COVID family get together and this place couldn't have been more perfect! When we weren't at the beach or riding bikes we enjoyed the ping pong table on the lower level or the hot tub in the back yard. We've already reserved this again for next summer!

Great home for any vacation
This house is in a great neighborhood. We felt very secure leaving everything behind at the house. And it’s close to everything we wanted to do. Limited parking for larger vehicles but a great stay overall.
