Me and my family enjoyed our stay! Place is clean and relaxing! Staff were very helpful! We will stay here again!

The location was great it felt like we're in a different country around the condominium there were plenty of places to find something to eat the location was excellent terminal T3 arrival and departure of international airport it felt secure with a gated community and security on the Gate. Air conditioning in a living room was excellent, the air conditioning in the bedroom was ok but when it rain it has a drip that comes from upstairs onto the tin of the air conditioning unit outside the window which makes a tapping sound or night long which is a little annoying waking me up numerous times. It was really good that there was a couple of satchels for coffee and some water in the room when we arrived

The bed was uncomfortable and creaked and felt like it was going to break, when we arrived we went 100% sure what we were supposed to do we tried calling the number that was in bookings.com but when you click on the number but actually changed to another number and call somebody who had no idea what was going on which lead us to believe we were scammed which then put panic through my heart and head, this is not the problem of the room letter but booking.com. person taking the money didn't have a credit card machine but instead had an app that didn't work as when we were given the PayPal details my credit card work fine if you're running a business and you're taking credit cards you need your own credit card machine as I do with my business, and if you don't want to get a credit card machine you should let bookings.com take the money for you and send it to you as other hotels and bed and breakfast do and have done to me before

Responsive and helpful staff.. they helped me with the luggage and it is easy to communicate with them.. the room is nice, clean and spacious.. you can walk going to terminal 3 which is very convenient! I will book again in the future..

Low signal but good thing there's a stable internet connection.

The location is great for tourists. Near the airport by a walking distance crossing the foot bridge.

The smell of the bathroom. Maybe a sewer has been backed up which caused the smell.

I booked in Sarasota but they moved us to the other building which is One Palm Tree Villa when we arrived. They said there's a problem in the room I booked in Sarasota. In the bathroom there's nothing to put your toilettries, no hand towels to dry your hands, no absorbent mats, there's only one small roll of toilet paper. In the kitchen, microwave is on top of the fridge but no plug, you need to carry it and move close to the plug ins. Clothes dryer is so noisy.

first of all the location is not the same as stated on booking.com. the building with the apartment is on the opposite the street of the published location and are different rooms that are posted on booking. so basically the post and sell a room in a Sarasota resort and gave us a room opposite the street, different apartment that we booked. they sell one thing on booking and rent us the other witch if they promoted from the beginning nobody will take it because of the conditions. more then that I forgot a watch in the apartment when I left because I was late for the flight and didn’t put it on my hand. contacted them they said no watch was found. I send them photos of the watch they said didn’t found anything. was an expensive watch so they took it with no consequences. as I can see no control from booking and they don’t care what they sell and consequences. if you could talk to them to return my watch that would be great.

It was near NAIA terminal 3 , the staff were very helpful, they pick us up from the aiport and helped us with our luggages.

the place is only a 10 min walk from terminal 3, using the footbridge - very easy to get to and convenient for an overnight stopover in Manila.

we had to wait about an hour for the owner to arrive and let us into the apartment. the security had to ring them as we have no Philippine number. the apartment itself is quite old and there were a few insects inside, so it didn’t feel very clean.

The hosr ms. Rose is very responsive to my question 'and very friendly and Acomodating to me. The room unit is clean i like it. But hope they change and update bigger television.

The parking fee is expensive

really bad mattress, lots of insects, smells, broken couch, no utensils, glasses, silverware etc. NO CLEAN TOWELS (I stayed there 3 nights) and had to use the same wet towel. Toilet seat was broken. worst place I have ever stayed at.

Dining space included a hard floor large enough for us as a couple to practice east coast swing dancing with our laptop playing an instructional DVD, set up on the table.

Hard to get past security to speak with resort staff.
