Lovely self contained unit. Spacious, spotless, with a seated garden area. Washing machine, good bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located in Myrtleford, close to main shopping area.

The location was very handy, we walked easily into town to see the sights. Very nice little house, with all the things we needed to make ourselves comfortable.

Could have done with a small heater in the second bedroom so we didn't have to run the air conditioner overnight ( it was a bit noisy).

Location was good. Close to town and restaurant options.

Hosts seemed a little reluctant to engage in any conversation. Had to call out to them as they were leaving the garage to enter the house. Spoke at a distance and was difficult to extract any information from them. The lounge / TV area could do with a rearrangement of the layout. The sofa is too far from the TV for easy viewing.
