Infrastructure, cost

1) Some staff (man) had a bad behavior to me when I'm gone to pay the accommodation. I explained that I will pass 3 days instead of 4 days when arrived so they want to charge the 4days but I informed before when arrived that I will pass 3 days: 2) the USB machine was not working for foreign currency so, I'm imposed to go to take money on Bank and come to pay. Was delayed for check in due to that problem.

ideal location and good place in overall. The facilities are good, but someone really need to control housekeeping.

The room was dirty, someone’s tuft hair in the bathroom, disposable mini amenities which were half used and sticky if you touch. One of the towels smelled sweat so hard we could feel it even jn the corridor; definitely was used before - we didnt dare to use it. Someone’s earrings on the floor near the bed - (we left them on the table if you need it;) so pitiful such a nice place with great potential just need strong control of your cleaning staff which definitely do not do anything except making the bed. We were in room 16.

The room was very clean, spacious, excellent cable TV, exceptionally fresh and nice food and just a peaceful atmosphere

The receptionist was lovely, charming and professional.

Some of the staff are not nice to each other, poor receptionist had to drag our bags because the guys did not want to help.

Couldn't get anything on the TV but that was the only fault
