The property was an awesome place. We had 10 guys and all had plenty of room to sleep. The only down side was the fridge was not working properly. The homeowner was very responsive and brought over coolers and ice for us in the time being. It could have been a disaster if the homeowner wasn’t so responsive. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to take a trip with a large group.

We booked this house due to location, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the pool and hot tub. Shortly before arrival we were informed the hot tub was out of service. We were very disappointed. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We lacked a can opener and a Mop. Something to note, there are two bedrooms without a bathroom and only 1 communal 1/2 bath. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be if sharing the house with people you don’t know. The property owner was accommodating with our request for early/late checkout due to the hot tub issue and the property manager promptly called me back when we had a Wi-Fi issue. Amazing neighborhood! We went for walks and it was beautiful!

We had a great experience with this property. Our only complaint is when looking for a home, we specifically wanted a hot tub wherever we stayed. This one advertised an indoor hot tub but when we arrived to the home, the hot tub was not working. We contacted the property manager and they told us the hot tub was broken. Wish we would have known about the hot tub being broken in advance.

Great amount of space

Things we were really happy with: 1. Property manager - was very responsive. Brought us a grill when requested the same day. 2. Property location - you probably won't find a better neighborhood than this for a rental. 3. Size of the house - it can accommodate a large group of people easily. Things we were not happy with: 1. Plumbing issues across multiple bathrooms. The water wouldn't flow normally in the sink. 2. Outdoor light in the backyard did not work. We had to go to the home depot to buy bright outdoor lights. One of the outdoor power outlet didn't work either. 3. Door code - the code stopped working all of a sudden and we had to contact property manager. 4. Trash - there was no space in the dumpster to dispose trash bags. 5. It's a nice house but is very old that needs a lot of maintenance work. The price you have to pay for this property is not worth what you get.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access on corner lot, layout of house is great!, hot tub wouldn’t heat up and jets barely moved water but was no issue for us as we were busy with other things. There wasn’t enough bath towels for the number of people we had (18), but we had brought some extras and didn’t bother the owner with bringing more. (I’m sure they would have). Overall a very nice stay. Owner is super nice. Would definitely rent this again

We chose this property to accommodate our large family coming from multiple locations to celebrate my grandsons first birthday. Upon arrival, noticed the front door has broken glass all over that was taped up! Broken glass on the floor! Notified owner immediately but appeared he was already aware. This house only sleeps 8 comfortably. The extra 5th bedroom you read about in the hidden attic was probably close to 130 degrees. Had to prop something up agains that little mirror/door you go through to prevent that heat from escaping! The sliding door going from the entertainment room to pool does not work, forcing you to use the main living room entrance which there isn’t enough room to open the door all the way and enter. Imagine a dozen people and kids doing this all day from the pool to the house to use a bathroom located at the far end of the house! We had to bring in our own grill because the one at the property could not be used. Rusted and beyond filthy! The trash cans were completely full and the recycle bin was also overflowing with trash. We also spent about 2-1/2 hrs cleaning the oven so we could use it! There’s was so much food left in there it would started a fire. The amount of dead bugs on the floors says it all about the cleaning. Some of them had almost completely decomposed. A lot of safety hazards. Cords plugged in going over walking areas. Windows with no stops (open them and the fall immediately), You will need to proof all this for the little ones. If you don’t care about these things, then you’ll be fine here. Our expectations of a home in this type of neighborhood were much higher than this and quite frankly, If I lived in the neighborhood, I wouldn’t want this home in this condition and being rented , anywhere near me.

Fantastic time was had by all of us just being able to hang out together and visit!

My kids, grandkids, my dad and I stayed in the house. The kids and i enjoyed the pool and pool table! The place was in a quiet neighborhood. Totally enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect and large for our needs! The location was great and super close to everything you need! It is an older home and needs some love and some cosmetic work. But we don't really care about that stuff. It fit our needs and served it's purpose! We grilled out and the outdoor space was perfect! Some suggestions....more blankets (lots of pillows but not many blankets), chemicals in the hot tub, maybe replace the cable connection on the TV in the pool room as it was really pixelated and a good deep clean sometimes :) Beds were great!!! Pool was perfect every day!

This house checks ALL the boxes for a family gathering! The back yard is MAGICAL!!! It has seating areas for the ladies to chat, a media room and pool table for the men and a diving board to keep the kids entertained! Add a perfectly sunny, HOT day and our stay was perfect. The beds added top notch comfort and the bathrooms were plentiful. WONDERFUL HOME for a family get together!

Pros: communication with owner was good! He addressed all the issues right away. Location is great Pool was great Cons/needs improvements: owner sent the wrong check in code so we had to call right away and have him give it to us. Hot tub takes hours to heat. Isn’t ready to go upon arrival. There is not access to shower/tub other than in a guests room. There is a master bed/bath, 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms but the bed they put in the office and the beds they have in the “attic” space do not have access to a shower other than in someone’s room. The sewer leak smell was awful from the laundry room. The kitchen has very limited cook ware and need replaced! There are several light bulbs burnt out for outdoor patio lighting. There needs to be a book/guide in the home telling you where all the light switches are for the different rooms. All the personal items in the drawers and the hooka stuff needs to be removed for guest. We don’t want to see your mail and old receipts everywhere. You shouldn’t have packages delivered to the house while guest are staying there. It’s weird. Each day was a new package arriving. Needs a deep cleaning. If something is broke( the water feature in entrance, the drawer in the fridge, etc.) remove it or fix it. This could be an incredible vacay house but it needs some work!!! You can’t charge this much for what the vacationer is actually getting( in my opinion).

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean and perfect for me and my friends. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other people.

We had a very nice stay! We had a little trouble with the wifi and the door code when we arrived but the home owner was very helpful!

As stated in thr previous reviews the property is definitely outdated & could use a face-lift. In general the place was clean but there was some major flaws in this listing... 1) It says there are 4 bedrooms. That is FALSE. There are 3 real bedrooms & a fourth room that is attic space finished in to a "room" This room as no a/c vents so there was an extremely loud, barely functional a/c fan in the room. To enter this "room" you literally have to climb into the wall. Not steps up but short wobbly stool that sat in front of the small mirrored door that opens. You have to step up a 3ft step up to get into this space they they consider a room. This literally reminded me of a Panic Room....we walked past it 4 times before realizing it was a door to a room. It looked like just a mirror hanging on a wall. The stool is what made us look at it twice when we couldn't find the 4th room. My 35yr old friend literally couldn't get into the room do to the means of entering the space. 2) The listing states there is 5 king beds & 1 queen. This is FALSE. The listing says: - Master Suite: King Bed - Master Suite 1.1: King Bed - Upstairs #1: King Bed - Upstairs #1.1: King Bed - Upstairs #2: King Bed - Upstairs #3: Queen This equals 5 Kings listed & 1 Queen - this is NOT true. There were 3 kings & 1 Queen...2 beds short of what was listed. When I contacted to owner to ask where the listed beds were his response was that I must have been confused....yes I was confused as to why the listing shows 6 beds total but there was only 4. 3) The listing states that the house can sleep 25....absolutely FALSE. I would like to know where these people would all stay? Air mattresses in hallways?? There is no way 25 people could comfortably stay in this home. 4) The downstairs master shower head barely produced water it was so old & blocked up. The cold water turns off the wrong way & the hot water was EXTREMELY hot. Caused for a nice burn when trying to turn off the shower. Both Master sinks didn't drain so they were unusable. 5) The "Hot Tub" was ice cold & wouldn't turn on. 6) The 2 WiFi's that were given didn't exist 7) Smart TV's went out after the 1st day. When the owner was messaged regarding the issues no response was received. For the money we spent & the space we thought we would have we were rather disappointed. I would not recommend this location if you have any more than 8 people looking to sleep in real beds.

Our family's 4-day stay was totally ruined. The property I had booked many months ago was full of people when it was time for us to check-in. We had to frantically rush around to find accommodations and it was Labor Day weekend. Needless to say, it spoiled the holiday for us. Apparently, this has happened before at this property. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY !!!

House was good for our group. The "sleeps" 24 is a bit misleading. There are plenty of blow up beds and portable beds but the actual real bed count is smaller. Pool was great very welcomed on a hot day for sure. Good location to hit OKC, Norman and the airport

A great location and a great back yard.

The VRBO description says this house sleeps 25. We had 4 married couples who all got a bedroom. The fourth bedroom on the second floor is behind a mirror and must be climbed into as the entrance is a foot and a half from the floor. This bedroom has no windows and no bathroom. My daughter & son in law had to share our bath as the only other half bath is downstairs and quite a distance from their room. This was annoying especially at bedtime and definitely awkward at times. Thankfully we were all family. The other 3 adult children and 11 year old were relegated to various couches downstairs. There are some cots and mattresses in the garage which were brought out and used. My son put his cot in the laundry room as it afforded more quiet as he was able to shut the door. This house sorely needs a handyman to fix the bathroom fans, screen doors and poorly installed flooring at bottom of the steps which has buckled and is a tripping hazard. My bathroom light and one over kitchen sink would suddenly turn off, and the bathroom fans & ceiling fans rattle too loudly to be used. The house has a very strange floorplan, the architect had no idea of good design. On the positive side, the pool is great and we spent alot of time in it. It is in a beautiful neighborhood, but it seems to be the worst house on the block. Still we had a great time despite its quirks and the decor was definitely a departure from what we are used to.

Family loved the pool it was a big hit. Sauna tub didn’t work but was no big deal. House was nice had plenty of room. Location was great so close to everything.

The house need some much needed repairs. The floor panels were loose and was bubbling at several points. The house does not have adequate number of toilets for the number of bedrooms. The toilet tank was not filling properly and was brought to the attention of the host. He did not respond to it or correct the issue. Master bath room lacked adequate doors for privacy. The house is over priced for the offered facilities.

The stay was seamless and property was spacious. The swimming pool was clean and had lot of pool toys for kids to play. Highlights: clean and calm neighborhood, clean swimming pool, nice pool table. Low lights: it would be better to have instructions for amenity use, like how to operate the hot tub, utensils and kitchen ware could be upgraded, they were worn out. Internet speed is very low and didn’t work in major living room, projector, speaker and tv were not working due to poor internet connection (again no instructions on how to operate). We end up spending most of the time near the swimming pool and pool table. The outside was very good as well. Owner was very prompt in sending the maintenance person who helped in operating hot tub and kitchen sink. Very courteous and responsive. We will recommend this property and will plan to come back.

We took our student leaders from out youth group to OKC and stayed here. We loved it! It was great.

Property was nice overall but there were several issues: the ice machine wasn't working, the TV in the main living room was not connected to the internet and communication with the property manager was lacking. Overall, it was just okay but we wouldn't return to this property.
