Excellent hotel not far from Toulouse excellent breakfast and modern facilities in lovely grounds

This modern hotel situated in lovely grounds is metro ride away from Toulouse city centre and close to the Canal du Midi. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Minni mini thing .no milk at the room for the coffee. Whilw thecoffee is from a netespreso so the cost would have been minimum. Lovely staff .

The staff in restaurant and breakfast declined or refused to understand english and was rather rude. The hotel was inadequately refurbished and materials used were of substandard quality. Swimming pool was however ok.

Great place to stay. Good size rooms, comfy beds and quiet surroundings. Good breakfast and good dinner.

Some noice from planes flying over. A bit to expensive to bring dog, as they charge per night.

Out of Toulouse, nice park to walk, nice atmosphere and nature experience. Friendly staff.

The hotel restaurant's foods were terrible, and we did not enjoy the dinner (104 Euro bill for two person), nor the breakfast (18 Euro). Considering that this is the nearest restaurant, and the easiest option, the hotel management could think about to make it better and with more reasonable prices.

Excellent breakfast, served with wonderful view of the outer wall of Carcasonne City. This hotel must have the best view of the walled city! Beautifully designed large terrace and we enjoyed the evening tapas platter. Pleased to have a bedroom with outdoor space for our dog!

The bathroom was far too small, despite good modern appearance. Nowhere to keep our toilet bags etc. Bath was very high and it was difficult to climb in and out of.

Park surrounding the hotel

Had to wait in the so-called lobby for three hours before getting into our room. Reason given: it was stated in the contract that the room can only be used as of 15.00. Cold water in the shower in the morning. Receptionist: We had to wait longer for the warm water to arrive (15 min!). Insufficient light in the bothroom. Lousy breakfast with Covid as excuse.

The castle, the park and the swimming pool, also restaurant was OK

The staff not too much agreeable, reception peoples not very pleasant, they did not propose to us to take care of our suitcases in order to carry them to our bedroom on the first floor (answer was: “it is not our job”)

Huge room & bathroom. Cool & comfortable. Good breakfast on pretty terrace. Good storage for our tandem. Fantastic service from Melisa who couldn’t have been more helpful.
