This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and have enjoyed it so much, my family is already saying…when we go next year! Sarah is awesome to work with and very helpful when we were out of the country and there was a miscommunication on my part about the 2nd part of the payment! We love this house so much and definitely love Sarah and her great response when we had a question! Thanks again Sarah! We will definitely be back!

Loved this property! VERY clean. My measure of this is wiping up a spill with a white paper towel. Spilled material only on towel, NO black floor dirt at all! Pool is terrific, hot tub wonderful, outdoor kitchen top notch, TVs superb(esp during soccer America’s Cup). Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with spices, utensils, dishes and pans,
And a few odds and ends. Host was very responsive to our few questions. All 17 of us really enjoyed the 5 days we had here. After years at the beach, everyone wants to go back to the lake!

Great location with beautiful views of the lake. The house was perfect for the 16 of us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful outdoor spaces.

This was an annual trip with my family, friends and GRAND KIDS.
I'll start with Sarah, you could not get a better host. Very attentive and responsive. She has activities of her own, but made sure any issues were attended to. (not that we had any issues)
Cleanliness was outstanding.
Stocked, we have never seen a BETTER stocked kitchen, pots, pans, utensils. If we needed it, it was there.
The Gates/fence outside/pool. we had little ones, the pool and patio setup was Perfect to keep them safe and NO hassle for adults. Simple pull and open, but out of younger folks reach.
Pool and hot tub were great, the wives and kids loved it.
The Swim up Bar with TVs, my son and son-in-law could watch Formula One racing, basket ball and football games at the same time, all right from the POOL and NO ONE needed to argue.
Outdoor Kitchen beautiful, fully stocked and easy to use both Grill and burners. (Just me, be mindful of your utensils, this is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with porous stone, mind ur drippings)
The boat/jet sky launch and ramp, HOLY CRAP no lines no waiting. Backup launch and park your trailer in the ample space. Then park ur boat/jet sky in the wet slips
Fishing, this makes it all worth it. Watching ur Grand kids catch their first fish!! Really Paw Paws dream. Of course nothing like your Grand kids waking you up @ 5am to go fish every morning.
As far as recommendation to visit (HELL NO, stay away. I want this place all to my own)

This location was perfect for our group’s needs. Bathrooms galore, plenty of bedrooms, and we were very happy with the fencing around the pool and property. Added benefit was the ability to launch boat and jet ski right on the property without having to wait in any lines or feel rushed. Everyone in the group gave the property rave reviews, and we will be returning.

The house was perfect for 12 boys/men - grandpa, uncles, brothers, and cousins to get together for an annual fishing trip. Everybody had a bed, enjoyed the pool/game room, patio area, and it was great they could keep fishing from the dock area even after the fishing guide trip was over.

What an incredible experience we had staying here. Hosting 18+ people for a three day weekend, I wasn’t sure of where to stay on LBJ. Sarah's lake house far surpassed all of our hopes and expectations for lodging and being situated on the lake was idyllic. Sarah was an amazing host, providing thorough instructions along with her quick and seamless communication. I feel so lucky to have gotten the chance to stay here and cannot wait to find another reason to get friends together again!

We rented this house for a family group with ages ranging from 1 year old to 73 years old and everyone absolutely loved it. Great location near lake with hikes nearby. Comfortable, clean, modern house with fantastic outdoor area. Hope to return!

Outdoor space was great for our group. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub and was great weather to lift the garage door and watch football and play pool/shuffleboard. We had plenty of space for a large group.

The house was super clean, the pool was amazing and the outdoor kitchen to die for! I totally recommend this place!!!! We brought 11 kids and 10 adults and all had a place to stay! They converted the garage into a casita and it was awesome! We were even talking about making this our yearly event. Oh if you have a boat(s) they got plenty of parking! Thank you Sarah for an amazing stay!!!

We had a great time at this property. We have stayed on Lake LBJ 6 times and this stay was the best yet. We’ve stayed at the resort twice, condos, and several waterfront homes. Great fishing, easy lake access but it still feels like privacy without having neighbors right on top of you.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Sarah was extremely accommodating. The location was great and with small kids we appreciated that the house was a small walk from the dock. The home was larger than expected!

Great Weekend at the Lake
Our family had a wonderful time together at your lake house! The home is very lovely, spacious & plenty of parking space for our boat trailer and 3 vehicles. We all enjoyed the beautiful upper and lower porch/balconies looking over the lake which were very safe, secure and spacious for our 2 yr old grand daughter to play. We want to come back again and recommend this home.

Loved the Lake!
Perfect place on Lake LBJ- the house was great for our family ( 2 married couples, 2 young adult children, 3 grandkids- 9,5, and 2 mos and us to enjoy several days at the lake. We ate all meals at home due to COVID. We rented a boat one day and otherwise just hung out on the deck, in tubes anchored down or on my son in laws jet skis. Took walks in the cute neighborhood this home is located in. Owner provided plenty of towels, comfy beds, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. I brought in items from Costco to feed my family of 11 and also picked up some things from the small HEB IN Keaneland. Would recommend to friends!

Nice house with ok waterfront amenities
Nice house with updated interior finishes and we enjoyed our time on the lake. The owner/manager did a great job responding and addressing issues. The waterfront is truly expansive, but the assets are dated, in need of repair, and the area is somewhat cluttered with trailers, old boats, and drifting debris. Seems like a common space with neighbors, so I imagine the improvement process is cumbersome.

Great water access with perfect layout for 2 families!
Property was great and host was even better! Very responsive and even fixed an issue that came up when we got there. You can tell they were dedicated to making it right - because things break occasionally. However, there were on top of the issue when the A/C quit working and they even personally came by to ensure that the handyman they hired had everything fixed.
Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. Grill and washer/dryer and several other amenities were great. The wet-slip dock was extremely convenient.
We will definitely be back again!

This house was the perfect getaway for our daughter's graduation celebration! Great separated spaces for adults and teens to hang out. Amazing view with access to the water as well.

Relaxing Easter getaway
My MIL lives a few minutes away and we were looking for somewhere close to stay. Because it's so close to the lake we definitely wanted some pretty views. This house was perfect. It accommodated our family and we loved the double outdoor decks.

Nice long weekend
We enjoyed our long weekend at Sunrise Beach Village. The guys could walk right out the back door and fish. The view was really nice. The two Master Suites were perfect for two couples.

Unfortunate surprise
We have stayed at different VRBOs several times. This is the first time we have had a bad experience with any VRBO. We arrived at the property at 5:30 pm on the Friday before Spring Break. Upon arrival- we noticed dead and alive bugs (mostly ladybugs but also other bugs) all over the downstairs and upstairs floors. I called the property owner ASAP and sent her pictures. She informed me that no one had stayed in the property for a while and the inside hadn’t been cleaned. This is unacceptable. When you know guests are coming- the property should be cleaned. We scrambled to find another place to stay and ended up having to drive another hour to Mason, TX as everything was sold out due to spring break week. This detour changed all our plans and was not what we expected to be doing on the few days we took off. We were quickly refunded all our money with out any problems for this VRBO but the inconvenience cannot be recompensed.

This Property Has it ALL
From booking to checking out the host, Sarah, was fantastic. The check in instructions were detailed and thorough. The property was just as described. Being a boat owner, it was so nice to have our own boat ramp and access to our boat 24/7. The cover was wonderful for fishing and kayaking. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. One thing we loved was having plenty of plastic storage for us to use. Watching the sun rise and set everyday from the back porch was what vacations on the lake are made for. Already added this property to our favorite vacation rentals for next summer!
