The location was excellent. The host very friendly and we received fresh bread every morning. The facility was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing. (The stairs might be tricky for some people with heavy suitcases but they were fine for us. )

A wonderful location, in town yet quiet, suitable for take out food and friendly réception.

The see through shower is excellent for honeymooners but not so much for seniors ;-)

Central location, view of the cathedral, friendly welcome, spacious room, substantial tasty breakfast with fresh local produce.

Thé shower was fine but it was in the room and I felt visible from the window. The toilet was a separate tiny room where I had to sit sideways to accommodate my knees and I don’t have long legs!

Perfect location for exploring the city center- across the street from the magnificent cathedral. Excellent breakfast provided in your room. Very accommodating hosts.

Steep stairway. First floor is not difficult, but if you are on the 3rd floor, hauling luggage could be difficult.

I agree with the earlier reviewer -- what's **not** to like. The location is wonderful, looking into the adjacent cathedral garden area, on a quiet street just steps from a wide array of dining choices. The hotel itself is a tad quirky, but in a charming way -- narrow, steep stairs, to be sure, but quite large rooms with good mattresses, a new and very well appointed bathroom (terrific shower!), breakfast entirely at your leisure, with fresh bread and croissants in the morning and everything else in your room fridge the night before. We actually only saw hotel staff once, a bit coincidentally when we dropped off luggage for our earlier arrival; after that, all communications were via text/app, but it was really perfectly fine, and we had everything we needed. And the concert from the church bells across the street was the cherry on top. A really charming, unique and comfortable stay in all regards.

The location is fabulous. Great views of the cathedral. The decor is quite nice as well.

I found it quite noisy. Any time someone opened the front door, it would slam and is extremely loud. As well, the room lets in a lot of street light and noise from the street. Being a light sleeper, this was not the place for me.

The breakfast was wonderful. The view of the Palais garden was lovely and we even had a jazz concert one evening. The AC was super on such a hot few days. It is located completely in the center of everything, but very quiet at night. We will stay here again!

Great location right in the centre of the old town next to the cathedral. Large room, really bright and clean with a small fridge which was great for chilling drinks. You are so close to everything but the room was also very quiet. Very generous breakfast - we felt guilty for only eating about 1/3 of the bread!

Nothing - lovely place - stairs are narrow and steep but reflective of the age of the building. We had a lovely stay!
