It's in the historical centre and only a few minutes walk from the famous steps and other sites. There are many restaurants nearby. The spacious shared kitchen is well equipped with an oven & hob and cooking utensils. The breakfast of individually packaged cerial and breads was OK to get you started in the morning. The curtains kept the morning light out which is alwasy great. I was able to park my motorbike for no charge under the nearby Ponte San Francesco.

Breakfast was self service but more than adequate. A good selection. The property was exceptional inside.

There could have been a sign rather than just the house number outside the property. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the property despite passing it several times. The stairs were pretty narrow to the bedrooms making it quite challenging with luggage.

Willing, nice host, satisfaction with the location. The breakfast is fine, the equipment of the apartment is perfect. One room has a separate bathroom, the other is part of the room. Suitable for two couples or a family. Noise isolation from the street is perfect.

The host was very friendly and fun and helped us to find parking which would not have been easy without his help. He also gave us some tips which monuments to visit and where to eat. The room was clean and the hous was quite close to the city centre.

There was a strong smell of mould in the house which I am afraid is difficult to manage in the winter, but I am allergic to it, so it was rather uncomfortable for me. The bathroom, divided only by a plastic wall from the room, was also damp. Perhaps it there was a proper wall, if would be better.

The B&B was really in the center. At the beginning of the famous steps in Caltagirone. The B&B was nice, modern, with a lot of comfort. And the host was very friendly and recommended us some very good restaurants ! We had the whole apartement for ourselves.

Although the location was in the center, the B&B was at a transit street and a bit noisy sometimes. During the night there was nearly no traffic. It was also a bit dark (ground floor). The only negative point was that there was no fresh breakfast. Only pre-packed biscuits. Advantage was: a lot of privacy. Disadvantage: no service for breakfast or fresh bread ...
