The apartment and the pool were clean, attractive and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. Eugene is a gracious host, Vernita the manager is a gem, and the cleaning staff were excellent.

The property is even more beautiful in person than the photos.

Nothing I could walk to in the immediate are but the local bus (stop outside the door) brought me to everywhere I needed to go.

The property manager was awesome. She is exceptionally informative and kind. From my patio I had first hand view of Macaw parrots, Toucans and monkeys. A wonderful experience.

I loved our stay at Tico Tico Villas. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right at a bus stop which was great was us as we didn’t travel by car. Every day you can see monkeys running around the hotel, iguanas climbing the trees or toucans flying around. The pool is also a great advantage to have!

Room is cozy and well-equipped. Bathroom and shower are exceptional! Wish we were staying longer but will likely visit again. Coffee and coffee maker are included!

Bed was a bit hard. Some of the features for the A/C unit were not functional (air direction; LED display)

Vernita is amazing. 1st class customer service. Every need was anticipated. Added bonus to be entertained by a band of monkeys

Excellent property and very convenient to the beach and the City of Quepos. When we arrived the owner personally greeted us and and helped us settle down in our room. Gave us information about the hotel and the town. This is a beautiful hotel. It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The bed was super comfy and airconditiong works well. Also Vernita was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and we love the Jungle feel with iguanas and birds everywhere. We highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful location and accommodation! Friendly staff (just don't call her 'Britney' :-). Great swimming pool. On both days a group of monkeys passed by. Great location for a longer stay.

Depending on which cabin you're in, the road can be a bit distracting.

They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. the rooms are big, stylish, and more than I expected.

there’s not much in the walkable distance. you have to take a taxi to go anywhere., but, it’s a short trip to most everything.

The staff were excellent, we both felt looked by Vernita, she organised a trip and taxi to next destination. She gave good tips about the beach and public transfer. A very nice lady. . The room was clean and tidy. I really liked the 2 floors in the property including the veranda where we saw lizards and parrots. The facilities were good and we were given a kettle which was great. Vernita was great. A 10

All was okay so nothing to moan about. Just to help maybe the office could sell milk and water.

We had an amazing time there! The apartment was big and really clean, the area was beautiful and the staff was amazingly friendly. The’ve always helped no matter what! It was perfect that there were enough parking slots. We really enjoyed our time there and would love to come back one time.

the wifi was not good ,no reception place, the location is far from the beach and the restaurants so we had to take taxis and buses (not walkable roads) , a lot of stairs to get to the room .

The room was nice and the pool is nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay long to enjoy the surroundings because of our travel itinerary.

The bed could be softer. Woke up with a painful shoulder.
