"My Sunshine" è un bellissimo lungomare, condominio al 2 ° piano offre 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni in una fantastica posizione nell'East End! Perfetto per godere di viste mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e sui tramonti! Questa casa offre un ambiente rilassante e privato sull'East End, ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta da ristoranti, negozi, bar e sport acquatici. Sarai accolto da scintillanti pavimenti in legno e decorazioni rinfrescanti in tutto. Una cucina completamente attrezzata si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano ed è perfetta per preparare rinfreschi da gustare all'aperto sul Dune Front Deck. Goditi la privacy di 1 camera da letto King Ocean Front con bagno privato e TV, nonché di una seconda camera da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali e un bagno completo fuori dal corridoio. Lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile. La bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca è a pochi passi e una doccia esterna è disponibile per lavare via la sabbia dopo una lunga giornata al sole.

Clean & well appointed 2 bedroom condo with great location for easy access to the beach & restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony & master bedroom. Will plan to stay here again in the future.

My Sunshine was the perfect place to stay for a getaway from the hustle and bustle and we loved the location! So easy to get on the beach for fabulous shelling thanks to the dredging. We spent almost every morning and evening either on the balcony or the beach for sunrise and sunsets.
The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and even though it is a tad dated it was quite servicable and worked well for when we wanted to cook.
The sliding screen door kept falling off and a call to maintenance had them come the same day to fix it. Unfortunately the fix lasted a day — suspect it just needs replaced.
All in all a really nice week in My Sunshine with the perfect view.

My family has been coming to Holden Beach for 30 years. This condo building and it’s location is my favorite! We’ve stayed in one of the other units-liked this one best! Comfortable, clean, plenty of room, and excellent and fast response to a maintenance request. We were able to prepare most of our meals in the well appointed and well stocked kitchen. The views and sound of the ocean in our backyard were amazing and so relaxing.
One suggestion-the sliding door and screen need to be replaced-it couldn’t be locked and screen would not stay on track. Other than that-it was perfect! We will be back. Thank you for everything.

Perfect Spring Break in Holden Beach

I am a fisherman and have a buggy to take all of my gear to the oceanfront (surf). There was no way at all to get it from the rental to the beach. No entry to the walkway over the dunes on ground level and walkway was too narrow. Had to take beach buggy on the edge of street several houses down and use the city's public beach entrance. Other than that, DO NOT drop the soap in the master bath or you have to get out in order to bend over to pick it up. We did enjoy our visit to Holden beach after all.

Great vacation spot!
A great place for a quiet family vacation! Loved the beautiful beach & wonderful location that is within walking distance to some great restaurants! My only issue was the lack of full curtains on the second bedroom window! The second bedroom window faces the street and main walkthru area! All in all, wonderful place to stay!

Great vacation!
The owner has decorated the condo very nicely with everything you could need. We loved the location and enjoyed the peaceful time of the year. We had a problem with the screen door and shades in the master bedroom but it was addressed very quickly.
