Superb location. Wonderful modern decor. Superb food. Lovely staff

Room was very small but another room l stayed in previously was a fabulous size.

The appearance, decor and staff were great. Big thanks to John and Razel. John made the stay great and his service was top notch.

Restaurant was not open the days i was staying, i did expect it to be open. The carpark is not in the hotel, its nearby though and advised to book a space.

The whole stay

Great location, beautiful building and well decorated room. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was lovely too! Lady who checked me in was really friendly and helpful.

The parking charge is a liiiittle bit steep as it’s not directly at the property, it’s down the road a few mins.

Elegant spacious bedroom with incredible showroom… all immaculate and spotlessly clean. Brasserie food was great and even the vegetable side dishes were fresh … !! We decided to spend an extra night there ..

Beautiful building and rooms, the rooms bed and bedding were very luxurious and had all you needed and more. Lovely friendly staff

The staff were very friendly. It was convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable and good value for money.

While the outside of the building has character the inside is very modern and has a chain hotel feel.

Nice property central location. All public areas very clean also the room was. Polite staff and very attentive. Night staff very helpful.

I’d requested a bath as it’s a bit of a luxury for me to have one when I travel. I’d booked a room with a bath a larger one I think but I was given a room with a shower ( lovely shower but not what I asked for ). I didn’t have time to tell the staff as I had a meeting soon after I’d checked in. I advised the reception manager but there was no discount applied for this only an offer of 20% off their website for a future stay , which anyone can get. Room was very cold in the evening, I checked with the desk staff and assured me that the temperature was ok but I felt it wasn’t working properly. Car park not on site which wasn’t a problem, it was water logged and very uneven, I managed but others may not be able to. Opposite a reggae bar ! But it’s actually well soundproofed so you don’t hear anything.

An excellent town centre location but also very quiet. Beautiful old buildings that have been tastefully renovated with lots of great shopping and catering options just a few hundred metres away.

Neat elegant efficient reliable comfortable, very nice room and breakfast room and breakfast.

Great stay as ever. My only criticism was the air con in the room did not work very well. room 203. It got a little stuffy.

There was a wonderful buffet breakfast something for all tastes! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had pre- requested an off-road parking which made our stay much more comfortable.

That the Brasserie for dinner was closed the day that we were there.

1. The breakfast was outstanding.Probably one of the best full english breakfasts I've had. 2. The room was nicely furnished, nice shower room, clean and cozy. 3. Staff generally nice and helpful

1. the coffee at breakfast: as I said above the food at breakfast was excellent, however the coffee was vile. We could barely drink it. Extremely acidic. Not sure what went wrong there. I was going to send it back but my daughter worried about making the staff feel bad and I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable. Anyway the food and service was very good. 2. Despite confirming that they could accommodate our room request of twin beds they gave us a double bed instead. As it was late when we arrived my adult daughter we just went with it. But it was a bit annoying. 3. Parking: the car park is not adjacent to the hotel and difficult to find/see in the dark. The attendant at the hotel reception, although very nice, was not the most helpful at helping me understand how to find it - which was really hard to find in the dark as it has no lights and a narrow entrance that looked like a private drive. I drove up and down the road several times to find it. It would be a good idea to have a little map of where it is rather than just the map of the carpark itself with the spaces we can park in. It would also be good for the car park to have some lights, or at least a lit sign at the entrance.

Lovely hotel located in the nicest part of Tunbridge Wells, close to the Pantiles. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was great. The boiler was not working on our first night and we were immediately upgraded to a room in the other buildings. No hassle
