朝到着のフライトで行ったが、アーリーチェックインを無料で快諾してくれ、午後からの行動に備えて、部屋で仮眠できて助かった。部屋は広く、喫煙者の夫にとってバルコニーで喫煙可能なのが、ありがたかった。とても大きなホテルなのに宿泊者は少なく、でもそのせいで、とても静かで落ち着けた。

コロナの影響で、レストランは１つしか開いていなかった。日本人スタッフがいるという口コミを見て選んだが、いなかった。町から離れていて近くにお店もなく、少し不安だった。

The location was good and the team were helpful when it came to fixing things that needed to be fixed.

For the amount of money I spent, I expected the place to be cleaner, and more up to date, the toilets kept having problems every single day of my stay, the shower water temperature wasn’t up to date compared to all the other hotels/resorts I stayed at. The absolute worst part to my stay was the fact that there were so many bugs and insects, which I understand it is expected everywhere you go and stay, BUT because the doors and windows of the Villa I stayed in DID NOT close properly and had cracks of 1-2 CM bugs could easily come into the Villa, resulting in my 4 year child having insect bits all over his body face and a few on his head! to be more clear the bugs that kept biting him were ranging from spiders, big red and black ants,mosquitos, and centipedes, during my stay I killed 8 centipedes that were in both bedrooms in the lounge area of the villa and even in the swimming pool! extremely disappointing stay to be honest.

Breakfast wan only redeeming feature

Old. Needs a refurb. Most restaurants closed. Spa closed. Bar choice was beer or coke or sprite. And the bar closed by 9pm. Carpet in corridors looks like it has never been cleaned. Rooms dark.

I checked in very late, and it was very quiet because of the pandemic situation, but the stand-by staff was super nice and very welcoming. We really appreciate that they still keep a few rooms running, otherwise it’s short of choices for us. Trusted in the cleanliness and hygiene!

A very hot lobby and there’s mosquitoes in the room we stayed, but we also do understand that during this hard time, a huge hotel like this need to minimize their operation at the lowest. Not a big deal!
