Wonderful host wonderful little apartment but unfortunately night club downstairs is very nosy after 9:30 pm. The host family were fabulous, picked me up at bus station and provided me with plum brandy ând wine from their farm.

Bàr Rio downstairs is too noisy and horrible on Friday and Saturday night. I was here in November with windows closed and the street seating not in use, good luck if you are here in the summer.

Little Cozy was in a perfect location. 1 minute to the sea and 1 minute to the Central Square! It is very close to the bars! The host had thought of absolutely everything inside the apartment, there was everything you could possibly need. Primarily it was spotlessly clean and everything like brand new.

Everything was amazing! It is right next to bars with loud music but this didn’t bother us after a long day around Zadar

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need and was indeed very cosy, with the seperate rooms. There were English channels on TV and wifi good. Being alone, I felt very safe there. It was in the heart of the bustling Old Town, the best place to be with the resturants,shops and historical attractions The owner collected me from the airport and his niece was lovely showing me where everything was and where to book boat trips etc.

Truly excellent location if you want to be in the old town and very near the sea at the same time. The apartment is small, but perfectly comfortable for a short stay if you are a couple or a family with a small child (we were with a toddler). It was very clean and you can see that it was renovated with care.

As the other reviews mention, there is noise from the nearby bar(s) that's heard even with the windows closed (we were there at the beginning of September), so it's not the best option for light sleepers or children who really need quiet to fall asleep.

beautiful appartment, in the middle of the center and just a 1 min walk from the sea. the appartment is very clean and well equipped.

Excellent location of the property. In the old city centre, easy to be reached by any transportation and close by to all restaurants around, to the attractions to visit and also to the sea front.

Loved the proximity both to the old city centre and the sea side promenade. The apartment was cosy, clean and very well equipped. The owner was very welcoming and communication was excellent.

Being so close to the bars, it can get quite loud during the evening and at night. Luckily the bedroom is on the opposite side from where the noise is coming, so having the living room window and the bedroom door closed, it is manageable.

The apartment was really cozy and clean. The location was very good for us because we were very close to everywhere. Parking was a bit more difficult but the owner kept us a place so we didn't have to pay. I recommend to anyone who wants to go through the sights of Zadar or walk on the pier in the evening, which is 10 seconds from the accommodation. We enjoyed it!

Spacious and perfectly clean apartment in the heart of Zadar. Everything can easily reached by foot and the location close to the sea is very nice. The communication and check-in was very easy and friendly. Highly recommendable place to stay while in Zadar!
