the hotel isnt as it was before , something has changed and that really affected my stay.

للاسف اسوء تجربة سكن مريت فيها. الاثاث قديم ومتهالك والسعر مبالغ فيه جدأ. أضف على ذلك مرافق الفندق خارج الخدمه. تم منعنا من السباحه والسبب ان هناك مناسبة خاصة و يتم التحضير لها ولذلك تم اقفال المسبح والجيم امام المقيمين في الفندق. وكما هو معروف فمبلغ الغرفة مشمول فيه استفادتك من مرافق المكان. تم التواصل مع الاستاذ علي مدير الاستقبال بللاسف لم يتم التجاوب. باختصار تجربة سيئة ولا انصح به سعر مبالغ فيه اثاث قديم خدمة سيئة من الموظفين. هناك فنادق على نفس الشارع بأسعار وخدمة افضل Unfortunately, it’s the worst stay for me ever. Room and furniture are old and not clean. Facilities are not available for residents. As known your paying high amount of money to utilize the facilities including swimming pool. However we were surprised that the pool was closed for 3 days, because they are arranging a private event so no swimming or using gym allowed for 3 days !! I talked to the head of the reception department (Mr. Ali). Unfortunately, he couldn’t provide me with any solution. Instead he just ignored it!!. By all means I don’t recommend it for any one, very expensive, bad room, bad service, unprofessional staff. There are better options in the same street Vorsicht!! schlechte Erfahrung Schwimmbad war geschlossen, da sie eine private Event organisieren sollen, obwohl man schon für solche Sache bezahlt hat. Schon habe dies mit dem Manager besprochen, der leider nichts gemacht hat. Stattdessen hat er uns ignoriert. Einfach Unverschämtheit

تدخل احد الموظفين وقام باخراج بعض الاصدقاء بحجة صلة القرابة ولما قلت له اعتبار هذا نوع من انواع السياحه قال هذي سياسة الفندق . السؤال كالتالي : هل يحق للموظفين اخراج ضيوف النزلاء بهذة الحجة الضعيفه . شكرآلكم

كل شي جميل وبالذات منطقه الالعاب والمسبح

المطعم لم يكن نظيف والاسعار مرتفعه والعاملين في المطعم غير محترفين

Everything was good but the rate was high.

The price is too high. The second bedroom should have 2 separate beds with no charge for separation of beds.
