Superb Villa. Very clean. Had everything you need for a family holiday. Huge pool with plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating. 10 to 15 min walk to the main square. Any questions were quickly answered with a whatsapp message. What more could you ask for? If you have it booked, you are in for a great holiday.

Genuinely nothing.

Small bedrooms beds uncomfortable outside door wouldn’t lock shower door allowed water everywhere tray lethal no fans at all kitchen needed simple utensils and smaller pans no shade to sit comfortable outside. Eating area outside dia window locks not good especially for older people with any disability Sun loungers very comfortable pool permanently dirty as no cover kept having to clean it,not clean when we arrived waited 4 days. Felt the price we paid should have been a lot better than we got. Vital class Christina nothing was too much brilliance service

Great size Villa nice quiet location

Just handed the keys and gave approx directions then had to pull our luggage to the villa and have a look around ourselves . No real handover other than a number for whats app. Pool was very dirty and took 5 days to get it cleaned was not cleaned prior to arrival. Very hard to get a response from the hotel with issues

Lovely spacious villa with sizeable pool in quiet location. Very private with lots of space, both indoors and outdoors.

Smelled and felt a little musty, and pool was dirty - perhaps due to it being winter and having less use. We did have a problem with the electricity cutting out, but this was acted on promptly. However with a bit of TLC this would be an amazing villa. I wouldn’t write this off, and we would certainly come here again.

The villa exceeded my expectations. Check-in was swift at the vitaclass along with a champagne arrival. The villa itself was massive, 5 bedrooms with 3 en suite and the other 2 sharing a huge bathroom. 2 living rooms, huge kitchen which had everythink you could possibly need, dining room, utility room etc. Outside was also a huge space with sofas, dining table, bbq area, and the biggest private pool I've had so far. It must have been 11m x 5m, the pictures dont really do it justice. The villas position is at the end of a quiet road but yet only 5 minute walk to a handful of bars/ restaurants/shops, 10 mins walk to nearest beach, and 20 mins walk to the centre of costa teguise with its ample restaurants and bars. Any problems we had we simply messaged the vitaclass via whatsapp and they sent someone around to sort the problems. I would defintely recommend this villa and am already looking ahead to visiting next year.

A few small things. Wifi didn't work even after getting the maintenance guy out. The fridges could do with updating as there becomimg stained. The trees need cutting back around the pool because the leaves kept falling into the pool and i didnt expect to have to clean the pool twice a day because of the amount of stuff falling into it. And the solar panel that heats the water needs sorting properly. 4 times it exploded whilst we were staying, each time because either the washing machine or outside hose was turned on. Maintenance quickly repaired it but i dont think its a permanent solution and its not good when you can hear water trickling down the bedroom wall.
