Hotel je umístěn v dobré a klidné lokalitě města Broumova. Velký areál, kde můžete bezproblémově zaparkovat. Velká a moc hezká zahrada s chodníčky, dostatek laviček a sezení pro hosty. Restaurace 11-20 h. Bazén/wellness. V koupelně k dispozici mýdlo, šampón. Vynikající snídaně s možností posezení venku. Pokoj menší, vhodné na krátkodobé pobyty. Zastávka autobusu hned vedle hotelu.
Celkový dojem z pobytu na Broumovsku to nepokazilo, upozorňuji jen na detaily, které jsou vidět a nejsou řešeny. Pokoj malý a útulný, ale po příchodu však patrny pavučiny u postele, v koupelně výhřevný žebřík zaprášený/špinavý, plastové hrnky v koupelně. Na toaletě nevhodné a ještě uvolněné záchodové prkénko, vhodné vyměnit kvůli poranění (ten, kdo tam uklízí, tohle všechno musí vidět). Nefungovala "lampička" u postele. Bazén jen 14 - 20 h, nemohl jsem navštívit vzhledem k svému programu, třeba po ránu nejde, to tam chodí školy. Slabá wifi. Chybí koš v pokoji, jen malý v koupelně. V zahradě pracující se zahradnickými stroji/nástroji kolem 7:30, tak si případně nepospíte. Určitě bych se však do hotelu na krátký pobyt zase vrátil.

Gepflegte Anlage, gute Küche und nettes Personal.
Die Räume waren (Anfang Oktober) sehr ausgekühlt und die Heizung ließ sich auch nach Nachfrage nicht anstellen. Wir haben sehr gefroren.

Krásný areál, tichý, příjemný. Pěkné wellness, každý den hodina v ceně. Snídaně dostačující, jen trochu chaoticky zorganizovaný bufet. Jinak vše v pořádku.

Super location in beautiful garden, close to downtown with huge monastery. Dozen of unique baroque churches within the same valley. Friendly staff at the reception, excellent swimming pool (stainless steel construction and clean water). Parking and tennis court are both well placed.
Breakfast could be better in terms of fresh fruits and vegetables offer. More healthy products like cornflakes, muesli, etc. would be appreciated

Tennis court was closed and there was no information earlier that it will be available later on. restaurant is mediocre and expensive as compared to the restaurants in the city. I was served a bad beer. pool is available only for 1 hour per guest. there was a lot of smog on the date of our arrival.

Breakfest on weekdays ends at 9, too early in my opinion.

Nice and smiling local staff.Restaurant with the nice garden view.Unfortunatelly the wellness zone was not yet opened,however discount was proposed.
If breakfast is announced at 7,it should be ready.Was not the case.

Room was huge. Really enjoyed the place.
Dinner was delicious - lot of local food to order.
Staff was very helpful (could order flowers + some wine to be ready in the room at the arrival)
Breakfast - no fresh vegetables
Coffe - could be better
Jouices for breakfast - horrible orange one (didn't try the apple juice)

Beautiful hotel, great located, rooms big and comfortable, SPA area worth to recommend. The whole area is quiet so you can really take a deep breath and enjoy the moment there. I will definitely visit this hotel once again when I will be around :-)
I would recommend to remove the information about english used in the hotel because it was hard to communicate in this language :-) I would pay more attention to breakfasts - already few minutes after 9 a.m. (breakfast till 10 a.m.) some dishes weren`t available anymore (e.g. sweets)
But anyway - these are just small inconveniences and I fully recommend this hotel!
