Staff was good, food was good too.

Rooms can be more tidy and clean. Bedsheets should be more clean.

There is nothing to like only location. The hotel staff manager were very ignorant didn't know etiiqutes.i was surprised how these people running hospitality and hotel industry.I and my family were totally could not sleep as the room was house rodents, mouse (Big Chuha). The stinking smell of room due to rodent and pathetic housekeeping, was really not expected at charging 1530 rupees for only stay for 8 pm to 11 am. I rate zero class third class is still a better. As there was no class of hotel. I asked to spray room spray and clean the washroom as water was there even then housekeeping didn't help and bother. I highly recommend to closed this type of hotel immediately. I would recommend and advice to all people kot to book hotel from third party like abhi buds and then booking they are bull s**t. I was going for vaishno devi other wise I could have reported to local police For hotel property and people. Charged 15k but service is not even worth RS 15. If here was negative rating to infinity then I would rate it very negative hotel.

Staff is cooperative but not too much .

Wifi and geyser and tv was not working. Pillow covers and bedsheet is not so clean .
