everything was applicable. the Hotel was responding very quickly and politely. but at the end they're will be always pros and cons of the hotels in general. TV was in polish language which I recommend to be in English as foreign travelers can enjoy. trash bin be better if wider cans available. bathroom would be better if an hoses was available. The Klimek family were friendly and very nice people. do i recommend to stay ? yes . if u have friends 100% I recommend. do the price good ? yes

Small rooms for 4 people

Fantastic place, convenient location. 30min drove to Morskie Oko, 15 min to Zakopane. There are two places in short walking distance where you could eat and have a drink. Very nice host,easy to deal and flexible. Payment with card for extra services was not possible, but kindly offered option to wire a transfer instead searching for ATM. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Host made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Every single request we had was promptly addressed including early morning breakfast (7am), or afternoon sauna. Very nice touch from the host who offered pancakes in our last breakfast and put fire in fireplace each morning. Thank you, we felt very like home.

Lack of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) was a bit surprise, luckily we had some with us. No desk in a room. Don't plan to work when on holiday.

We loved everything about this place!! The interior, the facilities, the tranquility, the balcony with mountain-view, friendly staff and clean shared kitchen and eating spaces. Highly recommend to anyone looking for mountain-villa-vibe place!

The place is in Poronin, so each time we went to Zakopane we were stuck in huge daily traffic jams as the main road is overloaded in the high season.

The room was beautiful decorated with lovely finishing touches from art work, lamps and candles to throws and blankets. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom shower large with great water pressure and again very clean. The villa is in a good spot, off the main road with easy access to the bigger town of zakopane with restaurants etc.

From the description it didn't make it clear that the kitchen and washing machine facilities were shared. These were listed on the facilities page of the room we booked. That said, the use of the kitchen and washing machine was good. You can hear the other guests quite loudly in the morning, not least the slamming front door and children up early. The room was beautifully decorated but at the cost of not having anywhere to put a bag. A minor inconvenience
