Nos gustó todo; el apartamento es amplio con una preciosa terraza, súper céntrico, limpio,tiene de todo y en un sitio muy tranqilo sin ruido. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Y el dueño es encantador; te espera con un mapa, te explica todo y te recomienda restaurantes donde se come de maravilla. Nos encantò, muchas gracias por todo.

Great clean apartment equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
Located close to the centre of town with a great view of the cathedral on the hillside.

Great location, with a garage, in the historic part of the town .very clean. Olivier met us on arrival and provided all useful information.

Great location but still quiet, host Olivier is so welcoming and did everything to make our stay even better. Apartments are spacious, full of light, very well equipped. beds are super comfortable.
Very minor issue that if you stay in the downstairs room the sound from the living room can be heard through the stairs. But this wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again, it was really great

Bright, spacious apartment perfect for two, friendly and helpful owner., and of course the lovely town of Viana, which felt like a real place - even a bit gritty - and not just a sanitized tourist resort..
Street parking was free but a .little dicey, as you had to back out of a narrow alley.

Host Olivier provide lots of great suggestions about where to eat and places to see. He was able to be contacted if needed.

Location was excellent, overlooking a quiet square. Private garage was a brilliant facility. Olivier was a great host, extremely helpful and friendly, he messaged us to check everything was ok.
All was great, the only minor thing I can think of is maybe to have some pictures in lounge and bedroom to make it feel more homely but overall it was a great place. Thoroughly recommend it.

central, Nice and modern ( refurbished), had basic things we needed for 3 nights like coffee, sugar, ice, dishwasher, washing machine, soap , shampoo… really good!!! Olivier is an amazing host and took great care of us … gave us tips and ideas and even came to say goodbye…

Location was great over looking a quiet square. Very central. There doors that opened up on to Juliet balcony. There for 4 days lot’s to see. Oliver gave us great restaurant recommendations and kept in touch .

Bedroom on quiet dead end street (parking)with front balcony on the square with 16th c. Church and great buildings at beginning of pedestrian streets. Centre of town. Walk to everything. Clean simple well appointed apartment. Perfect for 2. Elevator. Great neighbourhood seafood restaurants

The apartment was very spacious, with plenty of windows and at the top of the building. It had a small roof terrace with a grand view of Viana. The kitchen and bathroom were excellently equipped. Olivier was very helpful and communicative, giving us excellent recommendations for restaurants, too.

Location was great overlooking a square, right on top of the main shopping street and close to the Saturday market. The waterfront, cafés restaurants bars we’re all very close and accessible.
The apartment had been well used but nothing to complain about. Obviously popular.

Many thanks for the friendly welcome and farewell. The handover of the keys was uncomplicated. The location is very good. Many good restaurants in the area. The best was sitting on the terrace in the evening. The bed was comfortable. The equipment of the kitchen and bathroom was complete.
