Location was great. Lovely balcony sheltered from the rain. Breakfast was okay good pancakes

Had a couple of issues with safe. Reception sorted quickly. Batteries for remote controls needed replacing again sorted quickly.

The bathroom/shower was covered by a curtain. I prefer an enclosed room.

The location is central and within walking distance from all the shops & restaurants. The rooms are nice & big.

The property is very average. Very few of the staff speak English, including the reception which make it difficult to communicate. The breakfast has very few, limited options. Overall it looks much better on the pictures than onsite.

The hotel is in an excellent location just off the main street and 5 mins walk from the bus station. The bedroom was big and spacious with balcony. Clean, comfortable and as much tea and coffee as you want available. Decent enough breakfast and you can request omelette, scrambled or fried eggs although there is no toaster to toast bread.

The shower was in need of servicing or replacing. Not the best. And the hairdryer kept cutting out as I was using it. We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or tidied once. We had to request clean towels. A bit disappointing but it wouldn't put me off going back. Overall a great hotel.

Property was clean and tidy, staff were professional and friendly. The room was of a high standard, breakfast was great. No issues at all and situated close to local amenities. Highly recommend Villa Nova.

Cleanliness, location and breakfast.

For the price the bedding and towels were bad. Some stained and old.

The area, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, the vibe of the hotel and decor and modern but also fits in so well with being a skiing location in peak times

The pillows only a minor thing but they are way to thin for our liking other than that everything was amazing

Great location, good breakfast, fairly modern.

Initially we were given a room that was smoked in and it had a smashed window( full height, large floor to ceiling window that was cracked in multiple places and moved when touched). Staff at the reception knew they gave us a room with a smashed glass and didn’t think it was necessary to mention it, so that was a bit shocking. We asked for a different room as it was not save for 2 year olds and they gave us another room. We stayed at the hotel for 4nights and rooms have not been cleaned during our stay. Did not expect room service daily, but usually you get at least one clean every 2-3days.

Very beautiful apartment with amazing central location and free, reserved parking. Even though we went in winter time, the hotel was really, really warm and we could control the heat. Also, we liked the large shared terrace and breakfast was also really good with variety of selections! The scent they're using in whole hotel was perfect. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

The hotel in general was lovely, very warm and cosy vibe with wooden effects/finishes. The breakfast was fantastic and plenty of choices for everyone. My partner is celiac and the hotel made sure there are ample gluten free products - which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The area and parking around the hotel was very icy, it didn’t seem like there were any efforts to throw any salt or grit down to improve the conditions, dangerous to drive and walk on, my car kept getting stuck - probably not an issue if you drive a 4x4. Also the bed wasn’t overly comfortable, it was fine however I expected a little better.
