A nice house just one corner away from the beautiful black beaches. The house is super clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice garden, everything is perfect. We had a really great time.

Everything was perfect. We enjoy our stay very well.

Our stay in the house was amazing. The house provided a room service with cleaner coming in every day and taking care of the rooms, changing towels etc. All rooms were specious and had a private bathroom, there was a large kitchen with all kinds of equipment you can imagine and a comfortabel living room. There garden was enormous, it even had fruit an vegetable we were free to eat. The owner of the house was also very nice and helpful.

The only thing we missed in the house was a washing machine. However, the cleaning lady was more than willing to do our laundry for free so that wasn't an issue.

the housekeeper was lovely, but as she was at the house every day of our stay, it didn’t feel as if we had the place to ourselves. washing machine wasn’t accessible to us so there is an extra charge to have the housekeeper do a load of washing.

The comfort and practicality. Very well decorated Beautiful garden out the back with vegetables and herbs give a very homely atmosphere Spotlessly clean Well equipped Helena was wonderfully helpful and obliging Spacious inside with plenty of common areas

The only negative point was our room window which opened onto the street making it difficult to open the windows at night. Early evening and mornings were a bit noisy. But this is the only negative which in all honesty was minimal compared to all the other positives.

- well equiped kitchen - good location (amazing beaches nearby, not far from Ponta Delgada) - bus stop and litlle shop on opposite side of the street - cleanness - large shared space and kitchen - comfortable beds, private bathroom, a lot of towels

Real problem for us was noise from the street :( The house is on main road and we could hear every scotter, every pedestrian walking through the street could say 'hello' to us. I hope this is only in red room. Things to improve: - poor garden (on such green island no greenery, no barbecue) - in house rules was declared 3-days cleaning but during our 5-days staying we did not notice this - ventilation in red room
