The property is beautiful and host was very lovely, accommodating and kind.

Views from the property where amazing, location was perfect, walking distance from a supermarket/cafe which had everything you could think of & also short taxi (Bolt) journey away from restaurants and bars. Host was brilliant too and organised a boat trip for us. Communication was always open with Jane who helped with our trip.

Shower heads/pressure in the bathrooms was quite slow, however got used to it during our stay.

Absolutely everything! The pictures don't do this place justice. It was so great. We all loved it. Everything we needed was provided; airport transport was timely and organised, grocery shops were less than a 10 minute drive & walk away, activities and excursions were available on request by our host. Everything was laid out for us to enjoy and we made sure to take full advantage of it.

Take out delivery drivers couldn't locate us straight away as the address took them to the other end of the road.

Location Perfect. Views Perfect. Property Perfect. Everything Perfect. Jane was particularly helpful in helping in arranging transfers & activities for our Group. 5* stay in every aspect - will be staying here again in future.

very cold when it’s cold. lights in the main area needs to be brighter. we spent 25euros a day to warm up the house.

The Villa looked even batter than in did the pictures. The location was great, 5 minute drive from Paceville and the main street. The Villa is huge, appropriate for 20 people (we were 8). Its clean, tide and comfortable. Jane was super communicable and reachable.

The 2 only minuses for us was the extra charge for wifi and the AC as the price is pretty high as is, but that didn't ruin our stay at all.

The location was great 7 mins to St. Julian and walking distance to greens supermarket and cages etc Lots of sunbeds, seats etc Bedrooms and layout was great for a large group and lockbox is handy for people coming and going at different times.

The beds were not the best, kitchen area wasn't as modern and fancy as it looks in photos. We had a lot of problems with mosquito bites at night despite keeping fly screens closed. You have to pay for air con.
