The position is very close to the centre and the apartments are perfect for a 1/2 nights stay.

The apartments are really tiny and silent if they face the courtyard, not very silent if they face the bar in the street.

Very clean apartment. We had the bamboo room located to the streets but it was completely quite. The bathroom had a nice shower and a big window. We arrived early in the morning but could easily drop of our belongings at the reception. The stuff was very friendly and we got some missing items for the kitchen without hesitation.

It was all good. Maybe some more kitchenware would be awesome, like a pan and a knife sharpener because the kitchen knifes were pretty dull. But that wasn’t a big deal for us :)

The hotel is nice and in a good location close to the train station. It's a 20 min walk to the actual city center.

Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant situation with the staff and hotel owner. They made it very clear to us, that they don't care about their customers, therefore it's not a place we can recommend for future bookings. It's a shame, since we are cooperating with the University, this could be quite a loss in terms of clients and reputation. But luckily for them it seems they are not concerned. I wish them good luck and a good continuation.

The location is very good, just 10- minutes of walk from the centre. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

It was not clean enough. The walls need a fresh paint, they are full of stains. And the furniture needs to be cleaned properly, the same as the floor and the bathroom. The apartment looked new on the photos on booking but in reality it is worn and needs to be refreshed.

Very good location, the apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The car park was very practical in central Rennes. The staff very very professional and helpful.

There was an issue with the shower evacuation pipe that caused some unpleasant odours. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay.

The staff did not treat us as guests, no kindness at all. Only rudeness.
