Die Lage ist super. Man ist in 5-8 Minuten in der schönen Innenstadt von Speyer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung super. Und vor allem ist diese Wohnung sehr gemütlich durch die Schrägen, den runden Tisch in der Küche mit Blick raus ins Grüne (trotz Innenstadt!). Durch die zweite Lage, war es auch sehr ruhig und man hatte einen eigenen Hof mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Steile Treppe zur Wohnung, WLAN war sehr instabil.

Très joli appartement, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il y fait très chaud mais nous avions deux ventilateurs. Je recommande ce joli endroit.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man abends nicht nochmal in die Stadt musste. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, alles war vorbereitet, sogar eine Flasche Wasser und drei Begrüßungspralinen warteten im Kühlschrank. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent location. Very clean and very well stocked apartment. Loved the stove, and wood was included! What made this apart exceptional were the extra details - in bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It was a wonderful place to stay, and our whole group wants to come back.

I have no suggestions to make the apartment better. Truly, it was wonderful.

Creaking floor Bath drain slow

Everything, from the host's smile when she opened the door to the well maintained house, the very well equipped kitchen with literally ever you need, the flat was super comfortable the beds were comfy and cozy + there was an extra mattress that we used for our 5y old to sleep and even the living room has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more if u need. The location was prime, very close to the center, supermarkets and even a park with a playground for kids.. There was 2 fans in the flat, coffee sugar tea salt pepper and chocolate in the fridge for a treat. The bathroom had enough towels to cover the entire stay. They have even included kind of a tour in a city book where they show u around the area.. I'd love to go back when in Speyer

The floors were a bit noisy to step in but that's how most flooring is in Europe.. I was only worried that it was going to bother the flat underneath us. If the flat had a washing machine it would have been the ultimate place for a family.

Beautifully Furnished, with all amenities anybody could require for a stay in Speyer. Fantastic Location within a quiet rural area. The Apartment was warm, quiet and cozy, and is a true house from home.
