Don’t change anything!!

Amazing property, above and beyond our expectations. A real Cornish welcome with home made scones and jam on arrival. Meticulously clean with Egyptian cotton towels and duvets. The mattresses in all three rooms were so comfortable. The hosts really have thought of everything to make your trip unforgettable. All the facilties such as showers, washing machine, cooker etc where to a high spec. We loved the comfort and cleanliness and the location was next to a private beach. Amazing, amazing stay. We didn't want for anything for our 8 days at Linton Luxury Holiday Home.

It was in a perfect location. We had lovely views. It took ten minutes to get to the quayside. The beds were super comfortable. The cleanliness was also top notch. Just lovely.

Nothing it was lovely. It was my dads 70th and they left scones, banners and balloons plus a bottle of Prosecco. Very thoughtful.

The house is a real credit to Caroline & Mike it is superbly comfortable.

Location had beautiful views and was a convenient distance to petrol stations, supermarkets and restaurants as well as beaches and other attractions.

Nothing really to add to the list of glowing reviews, all good, probably the most comfortable and certainly the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Five minute walk down the hill to Mevagissey Harbour. Seven minute walk back up the steep hill to the house. Would certainly book again.

Spacious and comfortable house for two families with young girls. Kitchen was well equipped. Little touches like scones, wine, milk, soaps, and flowers. Location was amazing. Comfy beds and very good showers. Country views from the house. Outdoor space.

Nothing major but if I have to then sofas could be better. Couldn't connect our phones to TV for viewing.

Everything was just brilliant, clean and tidy house with lots of nice touches such as cream teas, wine, toiletries and soft towels. The kindness of the owners was particularly poignant for our visit and we cannot fault them - it made a big difference to our stay and would definitely recommend the house and area. Just a couple of minor suggestions for the kitchen: A potato peeler and a splash cover for the frying pans. Would love to come back!

Perfectly relaxing environment with great facilities, lovely location and very helpful and friendly hosts

The property was exactly as had been described. Additional touches by the hosts Caroline & Mike included, milk in the fridge, jam cream and scones and flowers waiting for us on arrival. We couldn't have been more pleased with all aspects of the property. Truly first class.

Friendly hosts, breakfast and the free taxi service

Caroline and Mike are lovely people who truly look after you. The rooms are gorgeous, the view at breakfast is wonderful and you can’t really get any better. They attend to all your needs even when that is to use a hose! We love staying with them and can’t wait to again. Thank you both.

Friendly hosts, brilliant view and a tastefully decorated room. Our morning breakfast overlooking the hills was a particular highlight. The room was excellent and the bed comfortable.
