La situation de la location par rapport à notre périple.

Maison Ventoux 1 Luxe Calme Central Linge fourni Pour résumer il suffirait seulement que le descriptif de la location soit en rapport avec le bien loué, ce qui est loin d'être le cas ! Linge de maison fourni : Non ! Serviettes de toilettes en nombre insuffisant, un torchon. Heureusement que 2 d'entre nous avaient amené leur serviette (une vrai serviette de Bain !) 1 Chambre avec 2 lits individuels : Faux ! 1 grand lit ( partager son lit avec quelqu'un que l'on connait depuis quelques heures, n'est pas la panacée !). 1 chambre un lit dont la porte ne se ferme pas. Articles toilettes, papier toilette fournis : Faux ! un fond de gel douche Eco+( cela ne nous a pas dérangé) ainsi qu'une fin de rouleau papier toilette... pour 5 !!!. Sans vis à vis : D'un côté un mur :) de l'autre vue dans le salon du voisin ! Cafetière disponible dans le descriptif qui n'était pas présente. Uniquement une Senséo. SDB avec lavabo dont l'eau s'évacue mal, et qui dégage une mauvaise odeur (bouché certainement) et une douche Italienne qui fait également office de pédiluve. Volets en mauvais état, et baie vitrée de la terrasse n'étant tenue que par 2 gonds sur la partie de droite. Photos en descriptif ci-dessous. Et pour clore le tout, une hôtesse qui ne répond au message que sur la partie qui l'interesse, voir pas du tout. Avons croisé un Monsieur qui a transmis nos doléances le lendemain de notre arrivée. Avons retrouvé des serviettes de bain et une dizaine de dosettes Senséo (que nous avons racheté avec du papier toilette) devant la porte sans aucun mot !!! mais pas de papier toilette, que j'ai toujours trouvé en quantité décente dans toutes mes précédentes locations via Booking, même lorsque cela n'était pas mentionné. Une propriétaire, qui apparament n'a pas compris, ou voulu comprendre nos remarques.

juste j avais demandé par téléphone le type de machine à café traditionnelle café moulu et au final c était avec des capsules. c est mon seul petit coup de gueule.

Amazing property. spacious. Very comfortable stay. Location was great. the host was quick to reply. The property was easy to find.

Nothing. It was all very good

Great location, easy walk to cafes and restaurants, near to local event we were attending.

Lack of working light bulbs, puddle of water in shower tray on arrival, and having to leave a day early as the host had double booked our apartment, although she quickly set about finding us alternative accommodation, however moving out unexpectedly on the Sunday morning disrupted my plans for the day.

It is a nice appartment in a small French town. It is really big, with a lot of bedrooms and a kitchen. You can park your car underneath, or not too far away. You can get the keys from the keybox. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom quite good.

Two things. One there was mixup with the key. There are two keyboxes at the entrance - one for our appartment, one for another one above ours. .We got the instructions from the host for the wrong box - #2, not #1. I opened it and there was no key. I opened the second box with the same code and took the key and went to the appartment #2, as per the host' instructions. There I had a short discussion with the people who were staying there about who is the rightful tenant. When they showed me they reserved "Appartment #2" I understood my mistake and went to our appartment downstairs. Wrote the host afterwards about this and did not even get a response. Not a huge fuckup but some acknowledgement would be nice. The second thing is there a lot of objects in the flat meaning it is impossible to clean all of them. Also a corkscrew for wine was missing.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location . The apartment was decorated beautifully throughout and we were able to park for free outside the property on a quiet road . We appreciated being able to store our bikes too in the bike store . Fantastic value for money .
