We enjoyed the room, although a little small. The bunk beds were solid enough for the kids.

Good location, the room was clean

The self check in process was not clear, with bad assistance in English so it took us a long time to check in. The air-conditioning was poor, it made some noise but didn't cool the room, no help desk was available, the guy you can talk to down the entrance by intercom spoke only French, so it was difficult to sleep. There is smell of cigarettes all over.

Easy to find ans safe free parking. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Newer Marina zone 15 minutes walk away with many restaurants .Nice host. Maccas next door.

Standard B&B hotel. Small, normal, clean room. Very good breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Everything was good and expected.

The price was extremely high for this budget hotel chain.

The air condition was great as well as the bed, we slept very amazingly.

The bathroom was very rarely equipped (no hair dryer, small towels). There was a spot on the towel although it was freshly washed.

Close to the swimming beach and the train station. There is also a McDonald's branch adjacent to the hotel.

Pillow covers and beds are not as clean as required. There is no hotel laundry or close to it. There is no grocery store nearby

Location was near to train station so it was easy to go to Nizza. Room was clean and quiet.

Rooms are very small, In our room the door to the bathroom was broken and the switch for the light inside the bathroom was not working properly. It seems to be quite old and not well mainained.

Excellent and efficient reception staff. Easy to reach, large parking where I was allowed to leave car during several days of hiking. Close to beach, restaurants and railway station, good connection to Nice.
