Buena la atención de las personas a cargo de la hostal. Personas cálidas que respondieron rápidamente a nuestros requerimientos.
Lugar cerca de puntos turísticos y de toma de buses y locomoción.
Recomendable.

Patricio y Gloria fueron muy acogedores durante mi estadía de 3 noches. Estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades, estuvieron disponibles y fueron muy alegres. El almuerzo estuvo excelente y Patricio se tomó el tiempo de charlar conmigo mientras me servía. El lugar está limpio y cerca de la terminal de autobuses y del lago. ¡¡Recomiendo 100%!!
Patricio and Gloria were very very welcoming before et throughout my 3 night stay. They were attentive to my needs, were available and were very cheerful. The breakfast was good, and Patricio took the time to chat with me while he served me. The place is clean and close to the bus terminal and the lake. I recommend 100%!!

Los dueños del hostal son gente muy atenta preocupados si necesitas algo te hacen sentir como en casa , te orientan donde puedes visitar , la pieza muy comoda donde me quede todo limpio , el baño tambien todo muy limpio con agua caliente, te dan un rico desayuno y el hostal esta en buena ubicacion cerca del terminal de buses y de la costa , es muy recomendable y si se me da la opotunidad de viajar de nuevo a Puerto Montt me quedaria ahi de nuevo sin dudarlo

Both the hosts were wonderfully kind making sure we settled in, helping with bags and including a delicious breakfast in the morning. The room was bright and comfy and a nice hot shower, much brighter than the photos. We had a lovely stay! Also very close to the bus station.

The couple was really nice, we had a warm welcome and helped us with everything. One of us was a little ill so they let us check in early, wich was very helpful. They even brought us some medication and offert to come to a doctor with us if needed.

So welcoming and friendly. It was like staying with family! The hosts we do so lovely and went out their way for us - staying up late to let us in/ offering us their birthday cake etc. Good location - very close to the boat port and restaurants! Have secure private parking too.

It wasn't clean.. it is like Jail for old retired people.. never got a key of the room or the main door.. couldnt go out..it wasn't allowed.. pricy for facilities offered.. not recommended at all

Gloria is a very kind host. The old house is cozy, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Reasonable price for Puerto Montt. She let us store the luggage at her place for a few days while we were on Isla Chiloé. Can 100% recommend!

very close to bus terminal, host was so nice and put our beds together, spacious room, heater available, kitchen for use ok, nice that we could leave our bags for a few hours more
wooden stairs to the rooms is a bit older and therefore slippery, bathroom door hard to close
