Manolis is a great host. The hotel is perfectly organised, with rooms to work, sit, read books from a huge bookshelf. 100 Meters from harbor, museum and restaurants.

While bed sheets were clean, blankets were frayed around edges. Towels were extremely coarse problaly from too much washing.

Lovingly cared for property in one of the quieter, quaint streets. Host was exceptional! I didn’t get his name but he is so friendly and is the first accomodation provider to give me a run down of what to see and do in a town. I wish I could have stayed longer as it is nice being somewhere that you feel welcome.

Spotless rooms ,good location (up the hill a bit so good views but hard on old legs), Manolis the owner was exceptional giving friendly help & advice. Nothing was too much trouble an ideal host.

Our stay at Belvedere Hotel was amazing! The host, Manolis, is the best! He is very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. If we come to Samos again, we would definitely stay here!

This is the type of accommodation that will make me choose the destination again. I was travelling transfer through Samos to Patmos and had to stay overnight. I saw other people's comments but mostly the extremely friendly attitude of Manolis the owner and said to myself this kind of provider wants to satisfy customer but I was not aware that he goes the extra mile at this point! Cushions were anatomical, at last I slept like a baby! The air-conditioning was the highlight:you just didn't realise it was there! A last technology GREE that adapted itself to the room's microclimate. Oh man I really enjoyed sleep! But the winner was the View! Stunning horizon, you could see.the whole city, the landmarks changing colors and lighting, there is no such romantic place like Belvedere's balconies. It gives credit to its name which means exactly that: Nice View East the sunrise and west the sunset all by this balcony. Quite frankly I spent more time in there as the furniture was IKEA style modern and renovated than the crowded village. A bonus is that Manolis will recommend really the best places to eat and not his commissioning pals, like others do. I will return to Pythagorion only because of this niche of quality in everything. God bless you Manolis for making the difference for our sake.

Our second stay, and it was even better as first. Central, but yet very quiet location. We especially enjoyed our time on our balcony with morning coffee or evening drinks with lovely panoramic and the sea view. Our room was well maintained, clean, with exceptionally comfortable bed. AC worked flawlessly. Mr Manolis is such a hardworking and genuine person, quick to respond, always up for a small talk and ready to help with any information one could need. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel Belvedere, and would doubtlessly choose it again in the future.

The owner of the hotel is extremely welcoming and knowledgable. He assists wherever he can. Also, the room and an aircon and wifi, which makes the temperatures on Samos less dreadful.

The walls are rather thin and one can hear the shower from the upper rooms. That was noisy sometimes.

Everything was perfect. Manolis is very kind and helpful.

Excellent location in the midle of the town and few minutes to the beach. We had a room overlooking sea, a small frigde, coffee making facilities and a very helpfull host. What is not to like?

Perfect location, very clean rooms, the sheets are replaced everyday, great sea view , the owner Mr. Manolis makes you feel like you are at home. Great value for the price.
